Will the product ever arrive??

Halolife produces a very nice product. However, as a UK buyer, the said product very rarely actually arrives. I realise that there are supply chain issues and logistics problems, but then don't offer to send your product overseas and only supply the domestic market. These products are meant to potentially save lives and so when they do not arrive for months, theoretically Halolife put people's lives in danger. I keep giving them a chance, because I think their masks are very good, but they keep letting us down and so I will never deal with them again.
