Amazing Customer service
Amazing Customer service - the hair extensions I was looking to purchase weren't in stock #99j so I messaged on Instagram and received a quick reply that told me they had one pack in stock and weren't sure when a restock would take place, I asked if I could purchase this pack and they told me yes I was over the moon. They told me they would send an invoice so I could pay directly they even gave me the discount that was advertised on the website.
I Love Halo hair extensions, couldn't recommend them enough !
They have the best colour match to your hair.

Once you wash this hair you may not even be able to get a brush through it !!

Avoid this company. Matched my own extensions, as I’m a hairdresser. They came a TOTALLY different colour. The ends were khaki where they’d been coloured without being filled properly. Contacted customer service who still expected me to pay recorded delivery to give them back. I’ve since tried to salvage them myself and washed according to their instructions seeing if the colour build up would fade/ settle. They are so porous, brittle and dry they can’t be salvaged. Avoid at all cost, they’re now ignoring my email so I’ve had to get a refund through my bank. Don’t waste your money!
Update- they’ve since reached out and have covered the cost of the return. Upon receiving them back they have sent me an extremely rude email with picture of the extensions straightened. Which apparently means they totally fine and they think I'm just lying. The unprofessionalism is just astounding.

Halo piece
Previously had bonds from halo hair before and couldn't fault them just recently had my bonds taken out to give my hair a break. As I have a few days/nights out coming up I opted for a halo piece. When trying to order I was having issues adding to the basket after contacting them via Instagram I was instantly messages back they instructed me on what to do but still won't work so they asked me to let them know which item I wanted to order which I did sent every detail and they instantly sent me an invoice so I could purchase it. I bought 2 bundles of nanos and it’s literally the worst quality hair I’ve ever used! It’s like chewing gum and stringy when wet and sheds so much. I’ve had them in 2 weeks and they already feel dead !!!!!

User of nearly ten years!
I have been using Halo Hair Extensions for likely around 10 years now. I remember my picture being used on the website back then 🤣
I have never been disappointed. I have always purchased blonde and dyed them neon pink, and there are no traces of dodgy hair or synthetic, which is extremely evident with other brands when I dye them.
The customer service has always been great and I recall them being one of the first to do Halos. I’ve had such a good experience with them!
A lot of the time the very long halos I have won’t blend without a bit of styling, but often that’s an over the top look with my colour of hair! I tend to actually use them more as ponytails now due to the amount of hair used in them, and use grips to hold them in. This might be heavy to some but I need the thickness to cover my own hair.
They have each lasted a significantly long time. With age they do shed and shorten and I expect that with use (like my own hair tbh) but I don’t find that happening until about a year or so and even then they are still usable. My last set was about 3 years ago so I’m long overdue a set, I’m just a bit tight for money but I am looking forward to a fresh halo!

No fuss hair extensions
Looking for extensions but ones that are easy to use and don’t need to be glued/weaved into my hair.
My hairdresser suggested Halo and I ordered the 20inch Golden brown hair extension. Superb quality and surprisingly light and very easy to wear.
The extensions arrived very well presented and in a very speedy time.
I accidentally ordered 3 instead of 1 storage hanger set.
I contacted Halo and was advised no issue to return the other 2 hanger sets and within 2 days of returning them the refund is in my account.
