Complete scam

Complete scam. I booked a session and waited 2 hours in the online room for my prescription consultation — no one showed up, and no one sent a single message (I have screenshots). After I filed a complaint, they claimed I'd booked a Polish-language session, not an English one. That wouldn't have bothered me, but nobody contacted me at all, so the excuse doesn't hold up. I requested a refund for a service I never received, and they simply stopped replying. Don't waste your money — there are much better options.
