Arnica was very helpful in troubleshooting the problem that we were having the collar. She was very thorough and answered all our questions.

Impossible to cancel subscription, this company intentionally makes cancellation difficult to continue fraudulent billing practices.

Customer support was very helpful and efficient! I was able to get my problem solved in a few minutes and I am very happy with my experience overall with Halo.

I was immediately notified of a problem with my collar and directed to a resolution. I contacted the dog park and was able to talk to a person that updated me on the status of my replacement collar. When I received my new collar instructions were easy to follow and had no problem setting it up. Great company!!! I recommend this to any dog owner.

We love our Halo 4 collar! It allows our Bernese Mountain Dog to roam freely on our 12 acres, while giving some parameters to where she can go. Our house is about 30' from our property line, with a neighboring home right across the line. This was creating some issues, as she tended to wander over to the neighbors quite a bit. Halo 4 has solved the problem.

I will also make an observation towards some of the negative reviews of this collar. If your dog is not trained, and does not obey verbal commands, do not expect that this will cure that. Our dog would always obey and respect the property line when we were present and holding her accountable. It was only when we left home, or left her outside for longer periods of time that she would begin to wander over to the neighbors. Halo 4 has given us a tool that essentially holds her accountable at all times, and she respects a light beep very well.

The flexibility to create a very unique shaped fence is also a great tool. Our property is not a perfect rectangle, having some odd shapes. We were able to draw a fence along our property line without any issues. We've also found the collar to be quite accurate and have had no false alarms at all.

I was listened to, and my input seemed valued. Followup questions were asked and answered. The representative was friendly and engaging.

Placed an order over 7 business days. Have not received any order or shipment confirmation. Contacted customer support they are unable to see any status on my order, they stated they would request for someone to call me regarding my order which will take 7-10 business days to hear back. In that case I requested to cancel my order and the lady I spoke with stated she is unable to cancel my order because it's past 48hrs from when my order was placed. Wanted to give Halo a chance after reading reviews regarding their extremely poor customer service. I should have taken those warnings more seriously. The lady I spoke with was very kind, but ultimately customer support is waste of time because they are unable to help you in any way and if they can it will be 7-10 days before you hear back.
