Good communication at the Start of my repair but no phone call to let me know that my car was on the way home. Knock on the door to let me know that the car is back ( could have been out and about anywhere )apart from that the car was repaired brilliantly and also was cleaned inside and washed on the outside ! I did not expect that so was very pleased with the service, so I would recommend this company.

The whole process has been efficient and has panned out exactly as I was told over the phone.
Ben the driver was informative, polite and considerate.

I couldn’t recommend Halo Accident Repairs highly enough. My car was badly damaged by hailstones, but from the very first phone call, every single person I spoke to—both on the phone and in person—could not have been more helpful. The customer service was exceptional, and I was kept fully informed throughout the couple of weeks my car was with them. The repairs were first class, and my car now looks like new. I honestly couldn’t fault Halo and would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Stay away from this company do not trust them with your vehicle!
They would rather glue parts back together than buy a new part,
They commit fraud every single day, I have proof of this which will also be passed to the insurance company’s just to show them what they pay for.

They treat staff terrible and put pressure on them so they rush your car they will send your car out with parts on order
Which will never get changed, or like I said they will just glue it back together just so they can get the car out so it goes towards the month target

They do not care about your vehicle in the slightest so if you care about your vehicle
STAY AWAY!!!

Do not take your car here for repair my insurance company Churchill sent my here Newport branc.
Car came back brand new bonnet and bumper bonnet won’t close and bumper don’t line up with bonnet there also a massive crease in bonnet from them slamming it shut to get it closed. That is disputed by them and I’m waiting for the photo evidence.
halo have offered to take the car back for repair but there’s no way they touching my car ever again
my advice is find a reputable garage who cares about their customer vehicles not halo Newport branch

Utterly incompetent, left had does not know what the right hand is doing. After a no fault accident by a drunk driver that left my very much vital Motability car off the road, it took a week post incident and Direct Line instructing Halo to do CV repairs for them to contact me after my leaving 3 voicemails only for them to book in an 'inspection' at my property this morning (Monday 27th 10 days post accident and instruction). Nobody turned up so, at 3pm I called the local branch and the lady had no idea what I was talking about but promised to call me straight back as soon as she discovered why they had not turned up.
35 minutes later ANOTHER lady called me saying that she had been instructed (@ head office this time) to arrange an inspection and then said she needed to put me on hold which disconnected just as the bot was trumpeting about how well they are rated on TP with a seamless customer experience with guaranteed satisfaction!
Who do they get to write this? Jimmy Carr?
Beyond annoyed now andcduagyated at lack of competence.

Have now repaired my car twice and their service absolutely exceptional. Was hesitant to use a company I didn’t know but very glad my insurers use Halo.
