Westbury centre, what a great service from first to last contact. A much quicker than expected repair done to an exceptional standard.
A more than adequate courtesy car was provided with excellent pick up and return times provided, Simon was very helpful on return explaining the repair as was Melissa when making our initial requests.

Great service. Prompt polite and nothing an issue. Great job on the car and staff were a treat to deal with. Julia was great on the phone with updates and very nice.

Service from start to finish was amazing always sending updates picked my car up and returned it gentleman who dropped it off was very friendly and polite the car looked brand new. The only negative was the couldn’t provide me with a courtesy car but my insurance company got me one from enterprise so it wasn’t a problem

Two things, first consistent and regular communication and second excellent repair work. All the staff were polite and helpful. They collected and returned my vehicle to my residence.

Aberdeen: Fantastic service from everyone at Halo from my initial contact to completion of work and return delivery of my car. Halo were exceptional in every regard. My car looks and feels brand new. I felt they went the extra 30 miles to help me. I’m mid 70’s and never had an accident in 50 years till someone reversed into me and Halo guided me through the process.

I used halo and my main contact was Jess who was fabulous and the team were great as well returning the car within 24 hours. Brilliant

Once again Kieran returned my car. Very polite. As a disabled driver I greatly valued the speed and professionalism of the service.

I. Can definitely recommend Halo. From my first Communication the service I was give has been excellent keeping me in formed throughout. Because my car had suspension problems my car was picked up by Halo Bognor Regis by a very helpful member of staff and I was given a a courtesy car. My car was returned today and I was really amazed to see what an excellent job had been done. The car looked stunning and had been cleaned as well as refuelled. The paint match was the best part for me you would never know which part of the car had been repaired. Thank you Halo.

Atrocious company to deal with forever on hold. When speaking to the person initially to book with was rude and curt and didn’t care less. The lady who helped me this week was very helpful but the car returned filthy with a flat battery hybrid battery now trying to get someone to contact me to no avail
You have my name on this review it’s not unprompted my vehicle was delivered back last Friday I’ve sent number emails and nobody has called or replied
Moreover I sent an email showing the poor quality of the painting of the rear bumper. No response only to this nearly a week later

From start to finish Halo Arc Westbury were excellent with their communication, customer service and the standard of repair.
Melissa kept me updated daily on exactly what was happening with my car, she phoned me daily and followed that up with SMS confirmation of progress.
Ben delivered the courtesy car, was helpful and professional and again explained step by step what would happen.
I was pleasantly surprised to get a call from Melissa less than 48 hours from the car being picked up to confirm that the repair was completed and the car was being cleaned prior to being delivered back to me.
Symon arrived with my car exactly as I had been advised and in a pleasant friendly manner handed the car over. When he picked up the Courtesy Car, he checked it over to make sure I hadn’t left any of my belongings inside…I’m so glad he did as he stopped and handed me back my BLUE BADGE which I had forgotten!
