Never heard of Halo before, but my car was sent here after being stolen. The staff at Halo Emerson’s Green, Bristol were very helpful and kept me updated on the things being dealt with on my car. All staff very friendly and answered any queries we had.
I have received an excellent service from both Cardiff and Bristol branches with staff being professional and informative during all communications. My vehicle was safely collected and delivered back to me in a timely manner, with regular updates in between. I received a thorough handover once my car was repaired, with details of all the work that had been completed, including information regarding the guarantee. Thank you for the kindness shown during a difficult time.
