Came here last week, it was great , the variety of Halloween decorations and the staff were a great help, there was a lovely women named charlie who helped me out massively, I would definitely visit again.

We drove two hours from Wrexham to visit the most incredible Halloween store we have ever seen. This place is amazing. We where greeted as soon as we got to the door, and there where plenty of staff around, who where keen to help. After a long look around, as there is so much to see, we asked a staff member to help. A young lad with glasses, Even though it was his first day, he was great and so helpful. We then was introduced to a gentleman called Bish. One of the Managers. This guy spent a lot of his time with us, showing us product videos on his phone and he was just soo helpful. We ended up buying some fantastic items for our up and coming Halloween display at our home. Thank you Bish and all the friendly staff there. Thank you Halloween House. You have an excellent collection of collection of props and a load of wonderful staff. We will be back.

I was surprised to see the Halloween Shop when we went to Merry Hill, couldn't resist a visit. Sooo much to see, fabulous animations, loved browsing.😱

It's got an amazing array of all things creepy and Halloween-y and at surprisingly reasonable prices!

Plus the staff are all friendly and not at all creepy 😜

Had an amazing experience today with Ashley so helpful and went out of his way to find us the accessories to go with my daughter’s costume. She has special needs and allowed her too take her time to choose her costume and try the trousers on. Amazing customer services and made my daughter very happy. She loved the electronic decorations and they did make her jump especially the jack in the box but she loved it

What an amazing shop. They have absolutely everything from large animatronics which are difficult to get in the UK to outfits for the whole family, horror dolls, ornaments, loads for kids and some amazing hangers I haven’t seen anywhere else. There isn’t any other shop like it in the UK and my family traveled three and a half hours just to visit the shop as my nine year old son loves all thing’s Halloween and horror. The staff were so lovely and made such a fuss of my little boy. He had the time of his life. It was so much more than customer service it was over and above caring and so friendly. It was amazing and we will be going back every year. Go you won’t be disappointed but take lots of money with you they have amazing stuff

Awful experience. Drove 40 minutes just to come to this shop only to be turned away at half 7 when it stated it was open till 8. The lady on the door was rude and unprofessional and just told me it was because they were to full. I waited a couple of minutes and a few people left the shop so I asked could I go in now I only want to quickly grab 1 thing but he still refused to let me in. Seemed like she just wanted an early finish. Very upset lots of time and money wasted coming here. Also baring in mind I was on my own.

Fantastic shop, has everything from costumes and props up to animatronics and inflatables.
Great service and friendly team always happy to help you.
Well worth a drive from wherever you are and you won’t be disappointed.
Can not recommend this place enough.

Such a great experience at the store! My kids loved it!! We will definitely be visiting again to get the rest of our Halloween goodies.

WOW what an amazing store such a fantastic experience,you can literally spend hours in this store and still not want to leave,outstanding choice for everything Halloween.
Honestly I have never seen anything like it,can't wait to visit again.

This is genuinely the best shop ever! Halloween fans MUST visit! The selection of products available are unrivalled, they literally have everything you could ever think of! The props are out of this world, it’s such a unique experience. Can’t praise the staff highly enough, so helpful but let you take your time browsing! Got all the help I needed looking for a Halloween costume for myself. I shall definitely be back and can’t wait for their store to return next year! 10/10.
