Lovely, friendly and helpful

I recently placed an order for a thermal flask via Debenhams marketplace, which had arrived damaged. I needed to quickly arrange an exchange as this item was a gift for someone. After having no luck via Debenhams, I called Half Moon Bay directly and they were so lovely and helpful. They arranged for a replacement to be immediately sent out to my address, no charge or fuss. It’s been one of the most positive customer service experiences I’ve had. This is the perfect place if you’re looking for fun gifts for friends and family, and their customer service is superb. Thank you so much, 10/10 would recommend ⭐️
