Total scam. They created fraudulent 'investigations' that they never gave a price for. The electrician never resolved any of our electrical problems, and then charged 1200 euros for the 'investigative' work. When we queried the payment, he became aggressive and
refused to leave without payment.
We have since tried complaining and requesting a refund, but they do not reply.

I called a company, Prins electrician, and they sent someone from Vakman CO. They charged me 4250 euros for 45 min work, and when I said this was abusive, the guy started to be aggressive. It was clear a coercive and abusive situation.
I was grossly charged 5.200 for a fuse box replacement, that would cost 1.200 at the most. I have filed a report for fraud with the police, I am going to report at ACM and if 1 week pass with no response from them for a refund, I am going for kantonrechter. Absolute scammers. Their numbers are disconnected so we can no longer call them. We knew the fuse was blown but did not know how to fix. They showed up at 9pm (we called at 2pm) and we told them what was wrong. They went to the truck for 46 minutes only to come back and tell us to go buy a fuse at the store and handed us a bill for 744. I absolutely refused to pay them for no work and demanded to see an itemized invoice. They barely let me look at their device but they charged 296 for the first 30 mins, another 39 for each additional 10 mins, 165 to come out the same day and 75 just to do diagnostics. I should have sent them on their way when they refused to give me in invoice unless I paid but I didn't think they would be so unscrupulous. We ended up settling for half because it was 10pm at night. The next day we tried calling the company to complain and get our money back and the numbers have all been disconnected. I will be filing an official complaint at this point. They clearly intended to scam us from the beginning.
