Good sales and advice, very poor admin and back office

Halcyon Wealth failed on 2 big financial requests.
1. A withdrawal request (an everyday event) took over a month and left me without cash in a foreign country that didn’t accept credit cards (Cuba).
2. Pension transfer, after 3 months i chased the transfer, only to find the transfer had not been actioned.
Both events were not observed by Halcyon. They were only actioned upon my chasers.
The end result is that we have parted company.
