Absolutely appalling service from Halara.
I paid £9.90 for “2–3 day delivery” on an order I placed last week for dresses needed urgently for a funeral. I made that payment specifically to ensure they would arrive in time (by 11/04). I have now been told delivery could take up to two weeks.
This is completely unacceptable and blatantly misleading. Charging customers for expedited delivery and then failing to deliver within anything close to that timeframe is false advertising.
Customer service have been entirely unhelpful—refusing to expedite the order or offer any meaningful resolution, despite the urgency and the fact I paid extra for a service they have not provided.
Taking money for a premium delivery service that you have no intention of honouring is unacceptable. I will not be ordering from this company again and strongly advise others to avoid paying for “express” delivery, as it clearly means nothing.
Standard grey and black trousers order
I ordered 2 pair of trousers for work, standard grey and black flare type pair. This was a few weeks back. Apparently one pair was a pre sale pair, so there is a delay on the order until 12 April now!!! If I'd known all of this would never have ordered the 2 for £49, could have ordered from Next and got next day delivery!!! Very difficult to contact. Despite all the hype about this company, I fear I've made a huge mistake ordering. There's a shop on tiktok UK, they're all over social media, so I thought and assumed they would have a UK, European warehouse and order and delivery would take up to a week, at the most.
VERY UNHAPPY CUSTOMER
I bought three pairs of trousers recently. Unfortunately when I tried them on they didn't suit me and were far too tight round the tummy and thighs. I tried to go through the performance of returns but this proved impossible. They ask for a photo but when I took one it was rejected by a small cross at the corner. I tried several times and have now given up. I WILL NEVER, EVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN. RETURNS SHOULD BE SIMPLE AND STRAIGHTFORWARD AS IT IS WITH MOST REPUTABLE COMPANIES BUT DEFINITELY NOT WITH HALARA.

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience with Halara.
I ordered two pairs of leggings as part of a buy one get one free promotion. Unfortunately, one pair arrived faulty. When I contacted customer service, I expected a straightforward replacement of the defective item. Instead, they refused to replace it with the same product and only offered me a voucher worth half the price of a single pair of leggings.
Because this was a promotional offer, they claimed they could only refund what I “paid” for that item — effectively ignoring the fact that I would never have purchased just one pair at full price. As a result, I’ve ended up paying full price for a single pair of leggings, which is not what I originally agreed to, and I’m left with another pair that I cannot wear.
This feels unfair and misleading. A faulty item should be replaced like-for-like, regardless of whether it was part of a promotion. Very poor customer service and disappointing resolution.
Horrible leggings
Horrible leggings, the fabric doesn't look anything like the picture and they felt like a super thick pair of tights. The returns process is a joke - looks like the try and avoid any returns process to keep your money. Avoid at all costs.

I'll be honest, I should have checked reviews but I have ordered from them before a few years ago and I kept the item. So this time around I carefully checked lengths and sizing AND the return policy which seemed okay so I risked it. This time around all of the items I ordered were of good quality but came up very big (for a S) and very long, way longer than the guide....
I decided to return the lot, and as soon as I saw the Evri label (bad bad logistics co) I checked on here and realised I'd made a big mistake either way so rather than lose the items along with my refund in a dodgy looking Evri system (the label does not look right and I've read it isn't even a legit label) I decided to try and change my return to their gift card option which was successful, I received the card in minutes at full refund value. I have reordered straight away (different items, much less risky on length) and redeeming the card worked. I have seen that it hasn't for some people. I've had to pay and extra £5.33 for the small overspend... fingers crossed I receive the items - will add on to my review with the outcome...
Great jeans and excellent customer service
I really appreciate the difficulty people have had returning from the other reviews. I haven’t needed to return so I can only review the quality price and fit of the high waisted flared jeans I’ve bought, in petite which were perfect (I’m 5 foot 1), they look incredible and are so comfortable. I have bought in several colours and they are my staple go-to, lighter colours for a casual look; darker can be dressed up for the evening. I had an issue that 2 colours were 99% identical when they arrived (blue/ gray and gray/ blue), I emailed to tell them. They were quick to respond, offered a full refund/ gift card but said I didn’t have to return a pair. I thought that was excellent customer service (I used the gift card to buy my sister a pair!). So I have to be honest, I’ve had a great experience. I’m sorry to hear others haven’t so hopefully they can sort out their returns processes. The only thing I would add is that the range as a whole doesn’t appeal to me; but the flared original jeans I think are really excellent. The buy 2 offer definitely encourages you to buy more than one pair; but I don’t like the heavy delivery cost of £6 when you buy just one pair so one star less for that.

Received an item from them today the colour wasn't anything like the photo and it had a bit of a funny smell, came up to sizes too big. Purchased from TikTok started a return and was giving a QR code within an hour of receiving. I sent it back now they have refused to honour my refund and told me they aren't giving me a refund even though I sent the item back so I will be getting in touch of trade and standards for you breaching my consumer rights stealing my money and a fraud in Me. You can't give me a QR code to send it back and then tell me I can't have a refund. this is fraud see you in.

Impossible return process – very disappointing.

I attempted to return items through the website, but the system repeatedly failed with a “system failed” error, despite using a valid London address. This made it impossible to complete a return through the proper process.
When I contacted online chat support, instead of resolving the issue, I was simply given a return address and told to send the items back at my own cost — which is unacceptable.
I had no choice but to pay £4 to return the parcel myself via Evri (tracking: H04FUA0027526434).
Since then, I have followed up multiple times via email and online chat, but have received no response and no refund.
Overall, a very frustrating experience. A returns process should be simple and reliable — not something customers have to chase and pay extra for due to system failures.
I would strongly caution others before ordering if you think you might need to return items.

SCAM COMPANY. I made an order with multiple sizes, kept only two things and retuned EVERYTHING else. They have all the clothes and have still not returned the money to me after almost 9 months. I’m going to the UK commerce commission it’s time to get this company shut down.

ordered 22/2/26 - chased as still awaiting shipping status - eventually got through to human advisor who told me that items out of stock so i could wait or cancel.
I checked website & could order the identical orders in stock - when queried told that my order was cheaper (£2 less) so that stock was not yet replenished. I suggested that they could ship express as new since Id had no updates & poor service - they had 'computer said no' attitude

Bootcut, high waisted, no button in a 1X are perfect!
First time customer. I’m always sceptical of purchasing online but these looked so good. They arrived today and they are fantastic. I’m 5’5” and 220 lbs. I was looking for a pair of soft jeans for an upcoming trip. I love the idea of no button so I can sit on the long flight without it digging into me. I ordered a size 1X boot cut, which doesn’t come in petite lengths. Whenever I order that size, I typically have to take it up by 2 inches. They are exactly the right length to the millimetre. No alterations required. They are super soft and fit perfectly. So thrilled with them, I’m going to buy a second pair in a different shade before my trip.

Asked for help/support on a few occasions with a return via different avenues, ALL were ignored.
Now there are problems, as I did what I thought was correct, and Halara DO NOT want to know, or help! Basically their customer service is terrible!!!
Very poor quality for the price
I ordered a pair of jeans from them which seemed very nice at first. After 2 wears they had snagging to the legs. I was just over the 30 days so Halara would not issue a refund. Very poor quality and definitely not worth the £39. Also they advertised offers which once on the web site you cannot find. Just a scam to get you browsing to buy full price items. I like the leggings but not for the full price, their advertising is misleading and dishonest.
