They screwed up our airport transfer and ruined the first day of our vacation, when contacted to tell them about the problem they kept insisting that the driver is there when in fact he was not, driver came 1 hour late(Have proof that he was given the wrong hour to pick us up).

Never heard a simple "We are sorry"..... they dont like to take responsibility instead they blame it on the client, saying dumb stuff like you should calm down and enjoy your vacation and dodging answering the real problems.

The "CHARTER" tickets they bought for us were not actually charter tickets, the plane had to stop for 1 hour, a thing we were notified with only a couple of days before leaving, forcing our hand to take the flight.

Time of departure on the airplane return ticket changed/was wrong, we were not notified about this, of course this caused many problems. When checking-in we did not appear on the passenger flight list, had to wait 2 hours for the whole mess to get cleared up.

They forced our hand to book a more expensive room than we wanted because "thats all that their german supplier offers" a bunch of lies. And I could go on but I have wasted enough energy on them.

I do NOT recommend if you value your time and money, they are just resellers trying to look professional but in reality they never take any responsability... just your money. The entire experience has convinced me to never use a travel agency again.

Booked and paid a trip with them.
Two weeks before the trip, they tell us the flights have been modified and we will spend an extra 14 hours in transit.
One week before the trip, they tell us the flights have been modified again and we need to leave sooner and of course, pay more money to them.
Their attitude was lacking at best, their involvement in solving the problem as well.
I would not recommend, I will not work with them again, ever.
EDIT: When I asked if we could get our money back if they can no longer deliver the agreed trip, they said they can't refund in full. So it was either lose some of the money we already paid, or give them more to get what we already paid for. Fair, right?
