Had my hair transplant with HTG and was really nervous about it. They made me feel at ease with great communication throughout all stages of the procedure and made me feel relaxed and comfortable.

They ensured I was well looked after and comfortable throughout.

After a lot of research and checking out all my options I decided to go with Dr Erdinch Havutcu and his team for my hair transplant (approximately 4000 grafts). I’m very glad I did! Very calm, friendly and relaxing atmosphere. He went through the transplant in detail and listened to what I was hoping for and then explaining the realistic side to my expectations. Very happy so far and looking forward to a good result.🤞Would definitely recommend and will use again to fill the last part of the crown in (if needed).

I honestly can’t say enough good things about my experience with Dr. Erdinch, Dr. Batu, and their entire crew. If you're on the fence about a hair transplant, at least go in for the free consultation.
What I appreciated most was how informative they were. They give you all the facts and options without any of that "hard sell" pressure. They really just give you the tools to make your own decision on your own time.

They also helped with a cyst removal prior to the procedure and accommodated for recovery time and were flexible to shuffle dates to suit me.
The Procedure Day:
On the day of the surgery, I felt like I was in great hands. The team was focused and worked incredibly hard all day, but they always made sure I was comfortable and well-taken care of. Everything went exactly as planned. The work looks really clean and precise and the hairline looks better than I predicted it would.

The patient support team are really friendly and stay in contact to ensure everything is going smoothly in the first few days.

From the consultation to leaving after the procedure was carried out, everyone I dealt with were professional, kind and understanding.Everyone made me comfortable and calm . The whole process was effortless with very little pain during the procedure. The staff took there time and worked very carefully and relentlessly .

I’m 7 weeks into my hair transplant and am so far happy with the progress. From the moment I arrived at the clinic, I was welcomed with friendly staff, and I was kept informed on what the day would look like with clear instructions. Prior to my transplant, I wasn’t sure where was best to get my surgery after months of homework and decisions on different clinics but after having mine with HTG I would highly recommend.

I had my hair transplant 3 days ago so I cannot speak to final results just yet. However, my experience with Hair Transplant Group (HTG) has been genuinely wonderful so far.

Communication with them in the lead-up to the procedure was excellent and they were very reassuring. I had a video consultation with Dr Batu and Dr Havatcu and I could immediately see they were very kind, caring and knowledgable.

I think this may be slightly more common for men to have than women, so I possibly had more questions than normal (as there is less information to be found online) and they couldn’t have been more patient or accommodating of this.

On the day of the procedure, I arrived and had another very thorough consultation where they explained everything once again and took a lot of time to draw the plan of my new hairline and show me/ask me about what was going to be done. They made adjustments as needed, took photos and then got started. Their entire team were unbelievably kind and chatty and they all really helped to take care of me and keep me relaxed.

I felt safe and looked after and they were very keen to ensure I felt well and calm throughout. The anaesthetic injections, which are known to be the most painful part of the procedure, were truly fine. Because they use a vibrating machine to sort of trick you, so you can’t quite figure out where is being injected, I found the whole thing very manageable. I would describe it as the same level of pain as a tattoo in the area might be. Not nice but also not as terrible as I had feared!

The hardest part of the day was when the hair is extracted from the back - this is entirely painless and I felt nothing but the area of the chair where your face goes into is really uncomfortable and my nose and mouth were squashed into the side, until I was given some pillows to help a little. Very very minor complaint!!

I had a thorough consultation (along with a warm sugary drink and some toast and jam) once the procedure was entirely finished. The aftercare was explained and I was given a bag to take home containing some necessary items (like saline spray and shampoo) and some really very thoughtful items that they could have otherwise just suggested I buy for myself (like paracetamol, a neck pillow to sleep with and an ice pack).

Overall I felt as though I was in safe hands and they truly cared about my experience on the day and in the days following when they have been checking in on me via WhatsApp to ensure I am healing well.

Hopefully the results will be what I am looking for but that will of course take a long time to review properly!

Just had my hair transplant on Friday the 13th with dr Erdinch and his team, and honestly the whole experience has been really positive so far.

From the start, Erdinch and the team were professional, friendly, and made me feel at ease. They explained everything clearly and took their time to make sure I was comfortable throughout the procedure. The clinic was clean and well organised, and the team worked smoothly together which gave me a lot of confidence.

It’s still early days in the healing process, but so far everything looks as expected and I’m happy with how it’s gone. Big thanks to Erdinch and his team — would definitely recommend based on my experience so far.

Great experience with HTG in Edmonton with Dr Havutcu and his team. From start to finish I felt at ease with the friendly staff and the way they treated me and kept me informed about what was going on each step of the way, asking if I’m ok and monitoring me throughout. Dr Havutcu’s knowledge and experience helped me understand how and where on my head he was going to carry out the procedure ensuring that I was happy with his decisions. He also made me feel comfortable regarding the procedure and my epilepsy and made sure thoroughly that I was fine for the surgery which I thought was extremely professional of him! I had a hair transplant at this clinic through WantHair on the 2nd of March, as soon as I got there the staff made me feel at ease.
They all made what is quite an uncomfortable and stressful experience as comfortable as possible.
I was a little indecisive about where I wanted my new hairline to be, but they had plenty of patience with me and helped me make a decision which I am now happy with.
I really feel they cared and they kept checking I was ok till the moment I left the clinic.

I made a conscious decision to have a hair transplant recently however, I have been researching many areas both in the UK and abroad for a long time. There was an option go to to Turkey but I ended up going to HTD in London and had the procedure done 3 days ago. In my late 50s now and I thought "if I don't do this now, I'll never do it".

The process inc the hotel, arrival at the clinic and the warm reception I received was amazing. I spend approx 30 mins with both doctors and they answered all my questions with complete honesty and took into consideration, my requirements and my expectations. The anaesthetics firstly was fine but you have to accept the donor area anaesthetics is slightly more challenging but it was fine too and short lived and I knew I was in safe hands. I am only on day 3 post Op so I will be in touch in a few months to offer you a vision into the journey and hopefully it will all be good. In essence, I am delighted I chose HTG with zero regrets and a big shout out to Matt coaching and mentoring me the whole way.

Staff are extremely friendly and listen to your needs. I felt like I was in good hands at all times and aftercare support has also been good.

They gave me a plan for the day so I knew exactly what was going on , we had lots of discussions as well when I got there , made me feel very comfortable anything I needed they would make sure it was there as well , very pleased with how the day went , and then the after care too they would message me every day to see how I was and how the process the transplant was going

So one week after transplant the full process was absolutely fantastic. Was supposed to be in two weeks ago but I was ill. Everybody done everything they could to squeeze me in the following week. You are even looked after post transplant in a WhatsApp group making sure everything is okay. Couldn’t recommend this company Enough from doctors to nurses all the staff were so welcoming and the advice they give you is top notch. 5 star service
