DO NOT BUY! Total scam, nothing like the picture, wrong item, zero customer service.

Do not trust the photos on their website! I ordered an 18-inch Pixie Curl virgin human hair, but what I received looks nothing like the product pictures. They sent a completely different curl (more like a cheap Jerry Curl) that is only 14 inches long and very thin at the ends. It is basically a scam.
I have chased customer service repeatedly and have been completely ghosted. Also, a major red flag they disabled PayPal at checkout to force a direct payment so it’s harder to dispute. This seller is highly deceptive. Save your time and money, do not buy from them!
