Air source heat pump, so pleased.
Hafod supplied and fitted air source heat pump and underfloor heating with hot water too. What excellent service. Trustworthy, friendly, good value throughout. David and Lee came up with an innovative renewable alternative to our expensive LPG heating system. The installation, technical expertise and the quality of the workmanship was of a high standard. The team who installed the systems were friendly, helpful and considerate at all times. My only criticism is that it took so long to complete the work. Hence only 4 stars. Despite that, we would have no hesitation in using Hafod Renewables again.

Dave was very helpful when I met him in Telford at the Energy show. After that the quote, installation and commissioning was very straightforward despite my location outside their usual area. The panels are working well and the Solar Edge app is very informative. I would highly recommend HAFOD.

I came across Hafod almost by chance. I saw two of their staff working on an installation and stopped to speak to them and ask their advice. I had already got two quotes for an air source system and the guys gave me good, practical advice. I was so impressed that I rang their boss and arranged a meeting. From that time on I received a first class service. They beat my other quotes, arranged to do the work in three visits over a three month period to fit in with my building schedule and never let me down. Their administrator, Mike, deserves special mention for the excellent service and support he gave me as does Lee, their highly professional electrician and also the fitters. I am so pleased with this company's service. It was indeed a lucky day for me when I stopped to talk to them.

I have had an air source heat pump installed. The whole experience was tremendous. Initially Dave came out and assessed the house, did all the necessary calculations and and explained everything clearly. Mike in the office kept everything running smoothly and Luke and his team installed everything in 3 days very efficiently. I would recommend Hafod to anyone considering renewable energy solutions.

I was extremely impressed with every aspect of the service provided by Hafod. They were prompt to respond to my request for information, installed my new heat pump in an extremely professional manner with workmanship of a very high standard. (They were also working under challenging conditions with temperatures of 34 degrees in the confined workspace). I would have no hesitation in recommending their services.

Could not fault this company. I had been looking for a few years about installing panels on my garage roof and had all the "hard sell" companies that wanted the business but for extortionate prices. David Jones come to see us and there was no hard sell and he answered all our questions and concerns. Gave us an indication of costs and payback on investment. No technical issues that we could not fully understand. Pleased to have them install our 3.8kW solar panels in one day. So far so good and all working fine. Would highly recommend this company.

Were able to give us knowledgeable information to help us make our decision regarding the work. When they came they worked well and did a neat and tidy job. They also took all the responsibility for the RHI application, filling in the necessary forms and answering questions. Their staff are friendly and good-mannered. Our only disappointment was that they cancelled the first arranged date for the work and we had to wait longer than we had expected for the job to be completed.

Everyone was very helpful especially Lee who fitted the equipment.

The team worked well while they were at our home. Had a hick up with finalising the commissioning of the system, but the stall are great with all the questions I had.
