Thieves, i placed an order and paid, 16/01/2023 till now I haven't received anything, wrote emails and tried to follow up all in vain.
Haffprice you are Thieves 😡

Absolutely awful. Helly Hanson T-shirt was fake my toilet roll is better quality that this 💩 tshirt, the jacket that was supposed to be water proof would keep you dry if someone spat on you, seriously don’t buy from here, crap quality poorly packed and fake items

Ordered cargo trousers, they’d have felt less cheaper being made from Tar-polling… absolutely horrendous and not as advertised in the slightest.

Ordered a coat from here which was too small for my partner, asked to return and get a large in replacement they said there coupon thing wasn't working and I was offered an 80% refund instead. Definitely won't use these again been two months since I first emailed them.

Customer service is shocking I’ve been dealing with Anita if that’s an actual name.
Item I ordered arrived sizing too small took photos of proof of same size shoes at least an inch shorter.
Initially offered half my money back, or coupons and keep the footwear.
In the end I accepted the coupon I had to chase this up, when it arrived it said can’t be used on discounted items. Everything is discounted!! Have been trying to contact the last 24 hrs no response.
I also asked about shipping back as it’s their fault the sizing is incorrect this had to be at my expense then they would refund🤣 like that would happen.

This place is a joke I've been waiting for a refund that was supposedly sent about 7 months ago then they offered me a 30.00 coupon but want me to place an order and I can cancel it before I get my 30 which makes no sense at all I will then be waiting for 2 refunds after I was already told I was given the 30 coupon with no explanation of why I didn't get the return money on my card I have been emailing for months with the same autogenerated messaging being sent back their phone number isn't real everything I received either didn't work or was the worst quality ever so I'm out all the money I spent after fighting for about 7 months for it save yourself the money and the headache and don't order from this place it's just a scam to send you the crappiest stuff and will not take returns or refund you I rate this below a zero and hope no one will ever waste their money on this non legit place

The items arrived in reasonable time but are of a very poor quality. There are no return instructions. I have subsequently emailed their customer services team 3 times over the past 2 weeks and they are ignoring my emails. There is no number to call. It seems like a scam.

Would have given zero star rating if able.
Do not buy from this site, you will be sent utter tat that's nothing like pictures or description.
Save your money, wish I had.

I believe haffprice is a scam site/app, they failed to deliver my products, they suggest a refund of lesser amount or spend higher and get a coupon code for my actual amount, I did the latter, and that was it, I couldn't log in to the haffprice on my phone any more. My first order they failed to deliver was on 2/11/23 and the reordering was made on 22/1/24.

I wanted to send a coat back and get a refund because it didn’t look like the picture, all they offered me was £20 credit and keep the coat or £10 refund and keep the coat.
As you can imagine I wasn’t happy and said why would I want to keep the coat, it’s tat and I certainly don’t want to buy anything else because it certainly won’t be anything like the pictures. ( the quality of the coat is terrible )
I go back to the app to see what they replied and low and be hold, they have deleted me!!!

Logged me out of my account, will not let me log back in. Its set me off has a new customer. However used same email address.

The fleece leggings were well made, they are brilliant in this cold weather, and great value, just mame sure you get a size up from your usual size.

Not impressed haffprice....I brought cargo pants advertised on f.b and they were slim fit on the video,they get here and their well baggy!!!and not the exact design,quite rough cheap material and took a while to get here 😠...OK so.....I'm 5 ft 10 and 104 kg heavy and a large is too big for me🤔...take warning people if you order the cargo trousers.....size down👍.

Haffprice trades under multiple names when I used them they were calling them selves stilches biggest frauds going poor quality clothes sizes are laughable not to mention if you want to return any items you might as well take the loss.
Avoid if you want my advice

Fast delivery, excellent value for money. I brought a coat, which was alot expensive than I paid for. I really recommend this website.
