Man....wish I had seen this before...i also ordered in November 2022. No product was ever recieved!! Same as others have said...they said it was delivered and it was not! Said they would re send....never received.
Sucks so bad because I bought them for Christmas gifts for last year.....

Ordered in November, tracking says delivered December 14th.. NOTHING delivered. Have sent multiple emails with no response

Ordered a jacket and have never received! Scam! Multiple emails promising delivery. Requested refund and never got that either! Originally ordered 12/23/22 and now 4/23

Ordered in November, said they delivered in December. Never received, multiple sugary sweet emails telling me that they are looking into it and to please be patient. Finally said they were resending it and it was supposedly delivered yesterday...NOPE! I've asked for my money back and nothing! I reported them to Tic Tok as well as thats where I saw the ad and ordered from.

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SCAM PEOPLE!! they send tracking details that gets "delivered".....but obviously doesn't really!! "Really nice" to send a second package that also gets "delivered".... obviously nothing is sent either time, but they make out they are doing you a favor!! They have replied to evey email, but its all bull!!!check with neighbors, check your shed, company said its delivered! How they get away with this is beyond me!!! Probably cause of fools like me!Don't give a penny!!

I emailed them first package said delivered and if wasn't then send out another the said delivered again emailed several times got one response and nothing now it's a scam and let everyone know so people don't get scammed if stone has got these let us know but I haven't and wanted these outfits for Christmas

I ordered in November waited awhile didn't recieve and said it was delivered, but I didn't get it.emailed them and they answered me and said they where going to look into it, it took a long time but they finally came back with a response that the delivery company delivered to the wrong place, she said she could resend one out and she did gave me a different tracking number and as of today February 11th it says delivered but still have not recieved it. Tried emailing and no response I have emailed them 14 times now and still no response.I highly don't recommend ordering from them as they are a scam. I would of gave them zero stars but it would not let me write a review without a star. Dominique Poissant

My order placed in November never arrived. No further information was received regarding the status of the order. Tracking shows it was delivered and the company ended correspondence claiming it was provided. But not to me...I'm still waiting! Based on my experience and subsequent loss of money for goods not received, I would not recommend using this company. I have sent emails with no responses I will go to my bank to see if I can get my money back.

Having ordered numerous items for Xmas, totalling over 50 pounds sterling, and even receiving a tracking number (which turns out to be totally random) I have never received anything or any replies to emails etc.
