I HIGHLY RECOMMEND using Haehn Florist & Greenhouse! This past weekend was my grandfathers funeral/burial and Ginger, the florist from Heahn Florist & Greenhouse was nothing but so kind to me. Not only did they deliver the most gorgeous Ficus Tree I've ever seen, but she followed up with a phone call making sure I was satisfied. I originally went through a company called Ava's Flowers who claimed to be one of the best nationwide florist and family owned. They are a company who I found online through a local search in Lima, Ohio. However, it turns out they contract other local florist to do the work for them. They broke every promise, their customer service operator was extremely rude, interrupted me time and time again, and called me disrespectful after a number of mistakes that they had made. After dealing with Ava's Florist, I decided to contact Haehn Florist, the florist that Ava's contracted out, to find out their side of the story. Numerous things that Ava's Flowers told me were then discovered to not be true. Ginger, a very sweet floral designer from Heahn was nothing but wonderful, sympathetic for my situation and followed up with me to see if my situation with Ava's Florist had been rectified. Although my experience with Ava's Florist was nothing but a hassle, disappointment, and full of broken promises, Haehn Florist & Greenhouse was superb. I would highly reccomend never going with a wire online service, but always a local florist as my sympathy offering of the Ficus tree that I paid $150.00 for from Ava's was never even seen at the funeral, burial nor was it even delivered on time for me to take home. Haehn Florist & Greenhouse was the best floral experience I have ever had. Thanks Ginger for being so kind and sympathetic to my sensitive issue!!!! God Bless you and your business.
