Charlotte was great at explaining the process of proceeding with an RPL. She let me know exactly what evidence is required and made suggestions on how to do so. She showed exactly what was needed and how to get this information. Service was great

Great content and teaching. Hader is always good at reminding about a zoom class and how the class is carried out is really great. It is interactive and allows the information to be understood by applying to situations in the workplace.

Excellent Learning Experience
I’ve greatly enjoyed the classes with Cayan throughout my Certificate IV. He’s an excellent communicator who explains concepts clearly and keeps the sessions engaging. What I’ve appreciated most is how he brings real industry experience into the classroom, adding practical insights that go beyond the course content. I thoroughly recommend Hader Institute to anyone considering completing a Certificate IV in Mental Health.
