My experience with Hader Institute has been extremely disappointing. Before enrolling in the Diploma of Youth Work, my sister and I communicated that we wanted to withdraw. Instead of simply processing this, we were directed into a phone call with the sales representative, where we were repeatedly questioned about why we wanted to leave, including being asked “Is 1% better than 0%?” We were also told it would be more expensive for Hader to find new candidates than to let us leave, and we were offered a further discount to continue.
When I later tried to resolve the situation, I dealt with the RTO Manager. Her responses felt extremely generic and appeared AI-generated, and I felt that she repeatedly failed to actually address the points I was raising.
She initially said she had reviewed the relevant calls, but then said she had misunderstood my emails and thought I was referring to withdrawing now, rather than the withdrawal discussion that took place in March. We were never discussing withdrawing now, the entire issue was about what happened in March. This made me seriously question whether the relevant calls had actually been reviewed.
I also have written messages from March showing that I requested to withdraw and was told the withdrawal process needed to be completed over the phone. Hader has since clarified that a phone call is not required to request withdrawal.
Overall, I felt there was plenty of support when I was enrolling, but very little once I had concerns. I strongly recommend doing your research and reading everything carefully before enrolling. I’ve reported them to ASQA. RTO manager is completely unprofessional that should tell you all.

What made my experience amazing was the awesomely great and helpful attitude of DEMHOLM who first made contact with Me regarding a course I had sent a message for information.
After finding out that I became financially unable to do a course he contacted me with other options that suited my situation AND I WILL BE FOREVER GRATEFUL for his Help and Advice and Friendly Attitude - it was like I was becoming a Family to them and NOT just a student number 100%

I just completed my Forensic Science & Criminal Investigation Essentials course and I have had an amazing experience with all lecturers and staff at Hader Institute of Education. The quick response to emails, assessment comments and quick turn around for assessments being marked is amazing. Having self pace and being able to learn in my own environment has been great for me. I highly recommend looking into courses through Hader Institute of Education and even if you’re unsure what path to go - the lovely staff will guide you in what direction they feel will benefit yourself.
