It's not quite white, I would say ivory, it makes it look dirty against the white tiles unfortunately, although it's a nice looking micro-wave and works very well, it's not the white I ordered

My Haden Richmond electric kettle was great for 18 months until it suddenly stopped working. I realised it had a 2y guarantee from Haden, so I contacted them and they immediately emailed me a paid postage slip to send them the kettle, after which they promptly replaced it with a new one, all the time keeping me informed of progress. Top notch customer service, a very reliable English company.

I purchased a Haden microwave via Amazon in April but after 6 months it became faulty. Amazon were he!pfu! but suggested I contact Haden direct.
The staff were excellent with instant info and directions via e mail. My faulty microwave was collected and a new replacement delivered within a week. Very helpful and pleasant customer care.

I was gifted the Haden 9.5L Dual Air Fryer by my local council. After a short while it stopped working so contacted Haden to see if the part could be replaced. Customer Service were so helpful and understanding and arranged for me to send my air fryer back and sent me a new replacement within a few days. Amazing company and customer service 😀😃

A great experience. I had to return my kettle and there was no argument or prevarication. As soon as they received the defective kettle they issued the replacement. They were very helpful and respectful.

Long story: I have a Haden kettle that I have been happy with, but started having issue with the lid - screw was loose and could not be tightened, which meant otherwise perfectly fine kettle was unusable (it was not possible to open the lid easily).
I have decided to email customer support and they sent me a replacement lid for free! This is really great - I always prefer to repair things rather than replace them, so I was really happy with the outcome.

I purchased my kettle almost 2 years ago. Unfortunately a fault occurred with the switch, I contacted Haden, the customer service team were amazing,
sending me a new replacement within days. Wonderful service.
My son has also purchased 2 products from their range for his new flat and loves them.

Purchased the Jersey Kettle over a year ago. The filter got damaged. I e-mailed the Company and they sent a new filter, free of charge. Brilliant service. Now buying their toast!
