INCORRECT ORDER - TWICE!!
Ordered 3 sets of body wash, shampoos and conditioners only to receive 3 shampoo, 1 bodywash and 1 conditioner. Contacted their customer service and brilliant was said they are going to send the remaining missing items of 2 bodywash and 2 conditioners. When items arrived was very disappointed to see 2 more shampoos and 2 conditioners!! How hard is it to just read the order receipt and fulfill the correct order? They were fo gifts and i was so looking forward to giving them out but had to go and buy new sets of gifts instead. Such waste of time and money!! They didn’t even offer any further help after the first one and messed up again!! such a shame i love their products but the service is a nightmare!
