I bought two 2 ply oxford neopolitan cuff shirts. Both the shirts were exceptionally good. Terrific quality, cut and style. The deliver was expedited on my request, customer service was also great. Happy to buy more.
Beautiful cricket sweater. The material seems to be of great quality. The delivery is pretty slow, but they already meantion that when you order.
Amazing customer service, after my order got delayed by the shipping service i send an email asking what could be wrong and it was retouren and resent and i got it in 3 days with a free tie for the inconvenience, the shirt itself is amazing, it is comfortable, of great quality especially for the price i would say 110% worth buying here.
Worst experience of my life. I purchased from their official eBay account; I had to reach out to them, as they didn't ship my order out after some days, just for them to tell me that they don't sell on eBay anymore even if their account and their posts are active. I then asked them to cancel the order since they unilaterally decided not to ship it out, and they have ghosted me ever since. They are actively avoiding cancelling my order and keeping my money. Plus, they pretend to be a french heritage brand when all their cheap clothes are made in China and shipped from there and the company based in UAE. Nothing further from how the brand is portrayed. Pathetic
Bought a shirt, of which the sizing was completely off the chart and was refused a refund. The quality control is non existent, just as the customer support.
Was also charged a 20€ flat processing fee for a return, which is illegal in the EU, but the company is registered in Dubai, so the European consumer centre wasn't able to help.
Very good trousers and shirt.
