I've used Heritage for several years for cards and coins. Their recent increases in buyer premiums are a lot higher than most auction houses, but you know what you're bidding on is authentic.

I have dealt with heritage for over 20 years as both a buyer and seller of sports cards and memorabilia. For the past two years I have worked with VP Lee Iskowitz and Matt Waggoner regarding a large consignment. These gentlemen are true professionals and have a vast experience with sports cards in particular. You can rest assured that your collection will get the ultimate exposure and you will receive top dollar. I would not trust anyone else in the industry to market my collection that means so much to me.

As a life long collector of baseball cards it was a difficult decision to sell my collection. I am so grateful I contacted Heritage Auctions and in particular Lee Iscowitz. Lee handle the sale with complete professionalism and was great to deal with. I highly recommend Heritage and Lee if you are considering selling your cards.

Hello - this testimonial is regarding Ray Farina, who oversaw my Dan Madsen Collection Auction of Abraham Lincoln and Mark Twain memorabilia on March 18th with Heritage.
From the very beginning, Ray was exceptional. Not only did he relate to us every step we would be taking by putting our collection up for auction with Heritage but answered every question I had in a timely manner. When he traveled to our home and warehouse to inventory the collection, he was very respectful and took the time to examine each item and answer any question I had and ask me if I could provide more info on an item. He made sure to let me know when the truck arrived in Dallas with my collection safely. He made sure I was sent catalogs of my sale and even took the time to answer questions when he was on vacation. I know he did several interviews as well on my sale. The staff that worked with Ray were fantastic and he made sure they all answered my requests and questions to my satisfaction.
Ray was exceptional in all areas of the sale of my collection, and I think his careful expertise in the handling of it greatly contributed to its success. I wouldn't hesitate to work with him again should I have another collection to offer.
Best
Dan Madsen

Very great service and they totally know how to sell your coins for the best price. I've used them several times and would again.

What a horrific experience. I made an offer on a painting, the seller accepted—exciting, right? Well, that’s where it ended. The support and fulfillment from Heritage was the worst I’ve seen in years.
First, they shipped a $4,000 piece of art via USPS without requiring a signature. Are you kidding me? That alone deserves zero stars. The mailman left it sticking out of our mailbox where anyone could have taken it. Thankfully, I saw it on our cameras.
From start to finish, support was terrible. I sent two emails that went unanswered for days.
Then the painting fell into the USPS black hole with no movement. After realizing emails were a waste, I called and spoke to Miles, who said he’d look into it and email me with an update. He never did.
I finally received a response from another rep to the emails I had sent days earlier, telling me the painting would be delivered (after I had already seen the same update that morning on the USPS site). Not helpful in the slightest.
They brag about closing over $2 billion in sales, yet cheap out by using USPS without requiring a signature just to save a buck? I hate to say it, but Heritage absolutely sucks.

they lied on my Abraham Lincoln and Bicentennial coins along with my no mint Sacajawea coin that is different then the 2010 coin worth a minimum 50,000 dollars for just on error which I had 4 errors on each, they sell stuff that people make for lots of money but rare coins that are no longer in circulation they say have no value

Sarah was fantastic at helping understand the value of some items, how they would be processed to get the best price, and how the auction flows happen for these kinds of items. I highly recommend working with Heritage.

Completely free of charges, about 15 special Dutch kingdom coins from my collection were assessed in no time for authenticity, special features and value. The professionalism and experience shone through. In my opinion, Heritage Auctions is the authority in this field worldwide and has, over time, gathered specific knowledge to determine the authenticity or falsity of coins. Highly recommended for everyone!

I could not have been happier with the results of the work we did with the Antique coins. My contact at Heritage, Jacco Scheper, was a delight to work with. His insights and efficiency were remarkable, and we had fun the entire time. I highly recommend Heritage for any aspect of what they do and manage. They are one of a kind.
Extortionate Postage.
Charged over $500AUD to have a single comic shipped from the USA to Australia. No option to organise your own freight. No way of knowing what you'll be charged until they take the money from your bank.
If you're overseas and are buying comics etc, go to eBay. Postage is fairly priced.
Heritage is double dipping on profit at the buyers expense. Not customer focused.

There is no feasible way to connect to this group of modern day thieves. I want to bid on an item. But after what felt like six separate efforts to login and bid, I had to give up.

Jason at Heritage Auction have been a life saver! Communication was thorough and service at every interaction was reassuring. Almost as if I'm being looked after my concern with a degree of care only a next of kin would do!
So yes, I can only leave all things positive.
Heritage failed to recieve my bids on an auction item. My bids were through live auctioneers. They claim it was live auctioneers fault. We live in a digital world. Their explanation was not valid and failed to find out how this happened. Be very careful when dealing with them.

Logan rocked it with helping me navigate some bank wire payment hurdles! Thanks to Logan and HA.com!
The web site is wonderful and easy to use for live auctions.
I had a coin collection from the 1960s which sat in a safe deposit box for many years. My family encouraged me to sell the coins so they would not be bothered in case something happened to me. At first I contacted Stacks but saw the site for Heritage. Sarah Miller convinced me that Heritage would be a better option to obtain better prices. I brought my collection to NY and Sarah spent many hours cataloging and giving a rough condition appraisal. The coins were then sent to the grading service. Some coins were returned with better grades than I thought and some with less but that is not something Heritage is responsible for. The auctions went well and I got great prices for many coins. The best was the 1909 SVDB which went for 17,000. Grading said it was the 2nd best ever seen. Since I paid 125 in 1966 I certainly was very pleased. Sarah was great thru the whole process and spent all the time needed and promptly answered all my questions. Highly recommend Heritage for any collectibles!
Heritage offers great cards at auction. Descriptions are accurate and photos are well presented.
Staff are knowledgeable and extremely courteous.
Deliveries are packaged very carefully and securely, but are sometimes slow.
Lastly, increase in buyer fees is unwelcome and discouraging.
