Amir and His Team did a great job getting a lot done in a single day and completing a job to a high standard. In less than a week we went from having a qoute from the team to having the boiler fitted for a competitive price. Would really recommend using them!

Amir and his team did a great job replacing my boiler, and identified and fixed some other key safety issues with our gas flues that had not been picked up in previous gas safety inspections. Very good communication, transparent pricing and high quality work - would definitely recommend them!

H3GS have completed a few different jobs for us over the past couple of years, including sealing our heating system, servicing our boiler and replacing a motorised valve that was letting through.

Very good experience. We had a water pressure issue for a few weeks. We call the company and the came on Saturday which was our preferred day. The issue took some investigation but Amir and team were always available until issue got fully resolved. Communication was good and very quick. Highly recommended

I have used H3GS a few times now.

For the first time, I had an emergency and they were quick to review the pictures and videos I sent them to determine what the likely issue was. I was fortunate that they were able to do the repair on the same day.

I had another issue with my boiler due to a leak and they were quick to advise me about the possible issues with the boiler as well as the danger that the boiler was in due to it breaking through the floor. They were able to fix the problem within a few days as it wasn't a straightforward fix.

Every time I have used them, there has always been a preliminary assessment via pictures and videos, which has helped them analyse the issue in the first instance to reduce the delay on an onsite analysis. This has meant that they have arrived at the job prepared.

Amir's communication is always polite and concise and I have always received a prospective quote for the job once an onsite analysis of the problem has been done.

I highly recommend them and will continue to use them for any future plumbing problems that I have.

Had Amir come to our place to sort out an F28 error code on our boiler, sorted out within 30mins, quick & easy, explained everything, pointed a few other things out & was very patient with the language barrier. Great service, first time requesting a callout from a company so very glad it was a great first experience.

Also very fast email response which I appreciate, was in talks with another heating repair company & they didn't reach out until the end of the next day and even cancelled the callout, but Amir kept up communications quickly & efficiently. Booked the callout asap & kept to it.

Had a broken boiler - big surprise and shock but the guys at h3g heating did an amazing job getting a state of the art new boiler up and running in under 24 hours at a very fair price. The guys were super knowledgeable, chilled and kind. Would 100% recommend and use again!

I had Amir visit following a CO alarm and my gas being turned off by the gas board. Amir ran a complete CO test and spoke me through what he was doing. I was also able to ask lots of questions and Amir even went out of his way to speak to my neighbour about their CO alarms. Amir also came with 24 hours and was really easy to work with. I would use this company again.

This company is at top class. We are so glad to find H3GS after previous company messed us up. We contacted H3GS on Tuesday night, by Wed Amir is in our house and give us all the necessary information and advise re a new boiler. By Friday our new boiler is installed. Amir even comes out on Sat to do the after installation adjustments. Amir and his colleague are very professional, super polite and mostly very efficient, in fact, I only see such efficiency in Far East. From now on H3GS will be the company we first to call if we need any heating/plumber service.

When our boiler broke, they were here in under two hours and then next day installed a new boiler at a very competitive price. The communication was second to none, and they made sure everything was clean and tidy afterwards.
