This is my first water distiller, it was recommended by a friend. I am really happy with it, the water tastes great and it is really easy to use and clean.

The product is top quality, easy to put together. It arrived quickly with no problems. Easy manual to follow also.

Very pleased with our distilator, was super easy to set up and easy instructions, water tastes so good I love it, my whole family enjoys water, also when on warms our home so we are very pleased with that aswell. Delivery was just on time as we expected so thank you for that aswell. Quite terrified when saw what's left, that brownish liquid and smell like chemicals, and all chalk that's left after only one round. Since we bough it seems like kids drinking more water, our bodies feels so much cleaner, strange but I also have very vivid dreams too. Thank you thank you thank you very much. Best quality.

This Christmas I bough one for my brother he loved it too

I have recently purchased a humidifier due to a dry sinus condition. The humidifier is fantastic but consumes quite a lot of distilled water. I was spending about £15 / week. I started to research for a distiller and settled on the one from H2O. The delivery was quicker than expected and there were no issues such as being badly packed. The instructions were extremely simple to read and understand and in very little time, I was up and running with my first batch of distilled water. It takes about 5 hours to complete the process and the fan is a little noisy but no more than say a dishwasher. I am now setting off the process just before I go up to bed. This way I wake up to 4 plus litres of fresh distilled water. I really rate this distiller and am extremely pleased with my purchase. It will cover its own cost in about 3 months due to not having to purchase water.

I have placed an order on 08/02/21 a week later I still did not have any notice of delivery, so I decided to give them a call and ask about my item.They could not answer why I still haven't got it and said will give me a call back. Next day I got a call back and they just informed me that the item has been out of stock when I ordered and will be back in stock end of February. This was incorrect information because the day I made the purchased I sent a link to my friend and even today when I opened it still says the item is in stock. So far I am very unsatisfied customer!

Turned out i had to cancel this order before it arrived for various reasons and the company were excellent in communication and refunding me asap!

Excellent - did exactly what was needed which was to clean my water filter.

Great product and service. But the price had gone up by a nice chunk since the last time I ordered? The pods used to be around £25, but now their £30. That's my only complaint.

This is the second one I have purchased, so must be happy with the product. The only negative is the delivery charge which was quite high at £20.00. Previously I purchased four sets of pods as the delivery charge of £10.00 was the same as if I had purchased one (how can that be, especially when the package is small and light?), hence 4 instead of 5 stars.
