First class service from Tim and the team. Having had a hot tub previously Tim added to my knowledge by his great advice. Customer service from these guys is second to none. The whole process of purchasing my new tub was completely stress free. No pushy sales pitch just honest advice.

Their customer service is exemplary.

My first time purchasing a hot tub and I am so glad that I chose H2O Hot Tubs Ireland. Right from the start, Tim was able to guide me through all the different types and models to make sure that I got the right spa for me and which made the most financial sense. Any questions that I had (over many months) Tim was able to answer for me. He was very patient and there was never a hard sell, he genuinely wanted to make sure I was making the right decision for me. Once I made the purchase, we agreed a delivery date and time. Tim and team arrived at the agreed time and commissioned the setup of the spa and explained everything and said if I had any questions I can message him. I cannot recommend H20 enough.

H2o Hot Tubs Ireland provides a decent service overall. Tim was helpful and approachable during the process, giving clear information about the hot tub options. Although the installation was straightforward and queries were handled promptly, the service lacked standout exceptional features. A good choice for basic hot tub needs, but not extraordinary.

Would highly recommend Tim from H2o Hot Tubs Ireland. Answers every question thoroughly and no hard sale. Lets you decide in your own time and then explains everything you need in place before hot tub can be delivered. Then sets up a day that suits and arrives promptly, sets it up all and explains the controls, lid lifter and how to use the chemicals safely.

Met with Tim and he took us through all the different options showing clearly the differences between each one and how they varied in price and why. Very easy to deal with from the start. As our hot tub was in stock, we had it delivered a week later which suited us perfect. Tim was on time when delivering and set up was quite quick. Would highly recommend!

Tim was very easy to work with. Professional, knowledgeable but so approachable and easy to chat to. No sales pitch and jargon, just information to help us make an informed decision. Initially we enquired over a year ago and our circumstances changed and we couldn't move forward at that time. There was no pressure or expectation. We got back in touch this year and he worked with us to whatever timescale we needed. Tim has been so helpful in helping us with getting to know and understand our hot tub and has been at the end of a phone for every silly question we have had. He has a large number of clients in our area and has a great reputation. What a great company, Tim was by the far the person with the most knowledge after speaking to a handful of companies. We decided to go for the Aran Jnr as we have limited access. Great company. When I was looking for a hot tub, I did my research and spoke to many sales people that reminded me of used car salesmen. Tim is different. He is really personable and genuine.He goes the extra yard and explains everything. The after sales service is superb.
