I should have read the reviews here! A scam website and I never received my item.

It's the exact same story as many reviewers before me. I ordered some Adidas shoes as a present and in hindsight it was too good to be true as they'd sold out everywhere else.
I paid and then received processing and shipping confirmation emails.
A few days later they sent me an automated email to say there was an issue with the payment gateway and they couldn't send me the product or refund me and that I should contact my bank for a chargeback.
Tried emailing them and phoning customer service but no reply.
I've had to wait a month to open a dispute with my bank and just hoping i'll get the money back.

Ordered Adidas trainers for my daughter.
Not delivered by 6 weeks later
No response to my emails.
Phone number is invalid.
Total scam website

Contacted my bank and they were great. Refunded my money immediately.

Saddens me that people earn their money, yet these scammers steal it so easily.

I ordered a pair of UGGS and a month later I still haven’t received them, I’ve emailed customer services as many times and got nowhere, they now have the nerve to send me emails asking how was my purchase. This company takes your money and doesn’t deliver, I now wished I had read the reviews for this site as I wouldn’t have gone near it.

Scam site, never delivers the trainers, then you’re forced to do chargeback with your credit card company. No replies to emails. Thought this was just me until I read the rest of the reviews on here….awful fake company.

This company is a complete joke!!!!

I had to contact them as there was a delay in my order being delivered. When finally receiving my order, the size is completely off!

I’m trying to return the order for a refund and I’m being ignored so have contacted my credit card company to process a chargeback.

Avoid and do not order!!!!!

No item received, this is the email I received off the company and so have others. Absolute scam of a web site.

This is very common, avoid at all costs

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE:
Ordered some adidas trainers from here under poor judgement as they were out of stock everywhere apart from here - received usual confirmation email, then item was about to be shipped, then received an email telling me to take urgent action to contact my bank to request a chargeback to recover the amount I paid for my order as they are having issues with their payment gateway.
Money has been taken, contact number doesn't work, so in short don't waste your time and money ordering from here!

This website is a total scam. I new after about a week when my things hadnt been delivered then I received an email saying they couldn't give me a refund. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

This company have still not delivered my Adidas trainers after 18 days. You cannot contact customer services- fake phone number. They have taken £83 pounds and my daughter has no birthday present. I have no order number- it doesn’t exist. Please do not throw your money away.

Don't use this site. Order some uggs for £100 30 days later and they are still showing as ready to despatch. I wouldn't mind but I ordered them through the Shop app so assumed this would be safe. No reply from this company either.

I ordered a pair of Adidas trainers, £80, free postage.
I would consider myself as web savvy, the website looked smart and the order confirmation seemed okay. A week later and still no comms, which made me realise something wasn't quite right, I dug deeper. Contact numbers which don't work, contact numbers which go unanswered, emails which go unanswered. Additional websites with incorrect spellings, bad grammar and poor reviews. The trainers still haven't arrived and I think this is a total scam!! Please avoid at all costs. The price seemed to good to be true, it was. I will be reporting on as many review sites I can find!!!

Company is a shell for Chinese imports , also has a striking off order against it (Sept 2024).

Requests to cancel ignored.

I was contacted after posting this via their WhatsApp customer service to say they would refund if I removed this review!!!!
