I’m not sure why I didn’t write a review about this bogus company years ago and I think I can top all reviews about them with mine - Pre-ordered a watch for my birthday back in 2021…. We’re now approaching 2025 and I still have had no communication from this company via, email, direct messages and even writing.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

I can’t even claim my money back from the order and throughout the years they have deleted and hidden my comments and messages from their pages

Should be absolutely ashamed of themselves

Do not buy off them the web site is still up but they no longer trading . Reviews on here , posts on social media no one has received a order in months

Absolutely disgusted with this company!!! Made an order over 6 weeks ago and I haven’t received anything. All of my messages and emails are being ignored. Shocking.

Order was late and the ring broke after wearing it twice

Don't bother messeged numerous times about my order and had no messege back didn't take long fir them to take my money tho

WISH I READ REVIEWS BEFORE ORDERING!!!

Placed a order January 2024 and I have had no order update no emails to says dispatched! When I've got In touch twice now no reply! And using the tracking help on the website just says order not fulfilled yet! - I have no idea how to get in contact now! Feeling like I've been ripped off after initialy putting ordering off wish I'd of gone with my second option!

Been waiting for my order since the 6 October I’ve tried to email twice and use the chat on the website but my messages won’t go through it’s getting ridiculous now I just want to know what going on as it’s a Christmas present which is such a shame because I have ordered off them before a beautiful necklace that came so quickly hence the 2 stars

Theiving bast*rds. The sad thing is this company was ok at one point. Now they take your money, in 4 months nearly ive not received my order, nor had any emails answered. Got my money back from the bank and youve had the barefaced cheeky to dispute it yourselves. Good luck. Dont order from these people.

Would be no stars as shocking customer service, ordered a bracelet weeks ago had one confirmation email and never heard anything again I’ve messaged on all social platforms and sent multiple emails and had absolutely no response, do not order from here as you won’t receive a refund or your order, it was a gift for my girlfriends birthday and I’m genuinely upset about this.

Haven’t received my order over one month later, have tried to contact but the email on their website is incorrect and they will not respond on instagram

I placed an order with this company previously last year in October, had no complaints. I’ve placed another order on May 24th 2023, I’ve emailed, don’t use it is bounces back. I’ve sent numerous messages on Instagram, received a reply to wait 2-3 weeks, keep messaging, no updates. I’ve had no order update: I’ve messaged on Facebook, no reply. This has been ordered for a wedding and I have no idea what to do: I want the items; but it looks as if that’s not going to happen. Im reporting the sites as fraud and will continue to report if the order is not delivered. It’s absolutely disgusting taking money from people and not only conning them but completely ignoring them; it’s seems they post when they want to and don’t when they don’t feel like it:

SCAM

I ordered a cross and chain on the 18 November 2022 and they took the money but still waiting for the item to be sent to me I have emailed them but not heard back from them they are crooks and liers

Goods not received, payment taken, no confirmation of order or dispatch and completely ignored all correspondence sent to them. On further research companies House reported they went into liquidation in May 2022 so why are they still trading??? Do not buy from this company

I placed an order 12/10/22 as pre order for watch which states 3- weeks and still not here. I have been constantly sending emails to their email address under contact info glitzydrip and not once had a reply. This is for crystal Perla watch (18754 order number) and please do not reply asking me to get in touch via your contact details as there is never a reply. I would like a reply on here with an update

I placed an order on September 19 and got a confirmation email. The money was taken out of my bank account. I have emailed 5 times now and dm them on instagram to ask for my tracking number and they never responded to me. It has been over 10 business days and i paid $16 for shipping. Looks like this website is a SCAM

Awful placed an order on 21st may 2022 contacted them after 2 weeks asking where my order was they said Royal Mail had lost the parcel .. it’s nearly august and no refund and no goods.

I ordered a necklace on the 18th February I had an email to confirm my order but I have had nothing since. Can you please let me know what is going on? I have also emailed the email address you provided but there is nothing. I will be forced to take this further if I do not have any information
