No response to the links they provide for the video consultation and no updates, I am sitting alone in the meeting for the whole day like I have nothing to do.
This was the most disappointing experience I’ve ever had at Gynoveda Dadar (Mumbai). There is no proper system for calling patients in order—staff simply call people at their convenience. I personally saw the list, and patients were being called randomly rather than in sequence. There is absolutely no consideration for prime members. Once you become a member, the customer care representatives disregard your time and fail to treat you properly. Initially, I rated them a 5, but my entire perception has now changed due to the staff’s behavior.
