Terrible delay. Don’t trust them fell for it twice now

Shipping took two weeks, even though I am within spitting distance to the UK, customer service was completely unhelpful, got some surprise import taxes in the end too, would NOT recommend.

One star is too many , absolutely disgraceful service, 7th of April I ordered my items and it only arrived today , it arrived battered and torn , lucky I didn’t order any glass items.
Some items already out of date as took so long. Company completely un contactable over the last few months as I tried to find out where package was or get a refund.

Avoid this company at all costs. Waiting over a month to receive package and still hasn’t arrived yet. Cannot contact them to find out where the package is.

Not an irish company. You will get caught for tax and duty by customs. Do not order

A month to receive orders from the company and the associated customs charges from ordering from the UK as well, even though we're led to believe it's an Irish company as it has a .ie domain.

Really, we should all be angry with the IEDR (Irish internet domain registry), as they used to reserve the .ie domain for Irish companies. A 'prestigious' domain, is how they used to term it, until they opened it up to the rest of the world, resulting in all of us Irish people getting ripped off paying customs charges and destroying many indigenous Irish companies in the process.

Order incorrect, I was Not aware this was a UK based company URL was .ie. Order took a very long time to arrive.

Ordered gym bottle 2.2 ltr x 4 bottles and missing 3 bottles until now never arrived 😡 5757

Shipping time 5-10 days.....
It's been 11 with no contact or response. Company has no phone number. Had ordered because my usual website was out of stock. Will definitely not be ordering from these guys again.
