I highly recomend Gym source, especially if you want very good, personal service. I ordered the XR6 elliptical after trying one in the Sarasota store. When it came 2 weeks later, I was disappointed to find that, unlike the one in the store, I found it too difficult for me. ( I am disabled with a muscle disorder)
I called back and was told that the store demo had been broken in and it would take some time for my machine to work the same. I found this to be impossible for me, and they immeduately offered me the choice of exchanging mine for the demo, and even upgraded the console. I couldn't be more satisfied.
You will not be sorry if you do business with Gym Source. Great people. Great service.

bought a true m50 elliptical on 3/4/17 made a nocking noise right away service came on 3/9 said it needed bearings ordered bearings service tech replaced bearing on 3/31 still making same noise tech started spraying everything to quiet it up retightened everything still making noise tech was frustrated and said he is done working on it and if i was old and hard of hearing it would not bother me.said i should get a new machine.called gym source when tech was here and let them hear the noise.he said there is something drastically wrong with it.and he was going to e mail somebody a nd they would be getting in touch with me.still waiting its been 3 weeks if it can't be fixed i would like a new machine or my money back

I love my new elliptical, don't get me wrong. What I don't like is that my salesperson didn't disclose that the floor model I bought was discontinued in 2014 and I can't get any attachments for it anymore. I still would have bought it (most likely). But when you pay over $4000 for a piece of equipment, that fact would have been nice to know before buying.

Our customer service experience has been very good overall. We did experience some difficulty with the delivered product, and the gym source staff have quickly rectified the situation, which is all we can ask.

We have had good experience so far, although the machine was not as clean as I would have expected when it arrived at our house.
People are friendly and responsive.

The experience with Gym Source was quite good. Robert the store manager assisted us from early on. He was great. He came out to double check our measurements, went to bat for us with management for a quote made by another sales person. Even the delivery - except for equipment being in what was an empty space, you never would have known they were there. They were friendly, courteous, cleaned up beautifully after themselves - like no one was ever there. We would use Gym Source again and recommend them.

The Saleswomen was very patient & knowledgable regarding the equipment. She prepared estimates and made follow up phone calls as well as sent texts. I believe she gave me the best deal available. The delivery personnel were supper as they took their time and explain everything once the machine was assembled.

Absolutely great experience, from the visit to the store where the knowledgeable staff greatly assisted me with my new exercise bike and elliptical machine selections, which continued through well communicated delivery and equipment setup, and post purchase follow-up.

I definitely recommend to anyone looking for serious exercise equipment to visit Gym Source.

On March 26th, we visited the Cherry Hill, NJ store. The appearance of the facility was welcoming, clean, and orderly. The staff there was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. We ended up purchasing a fabulous True Treadmill, with an attached TV screen. The crew that came to the house and set it up was terrific. When I had a question about getting the TV to work, I just called the store, and Ed and the manager, Jay, were right there for me. We talked through my issue by phone, and everything is working properly. What a joy to do business with such a great staff!
