Extra charges
It cost £20 extra between customs and delivery for gloves to be delivered to Ireland. Will be shopping around next time

We are very sorry to hear that you've incurred additional local charges. Now that the UK is no longer part of the EU, these charges are unavoidable.
Please understand that Gymnastic Planet has no control over the charges applied by your local customs and courier services. The £20.00 charge does seem quite high, and you should certainly dispute it with customs.
We hope you are happy with the quality of your purchase.
Amazing customer service
I have ordered a few times from gymnastic planet, my last order showed what amazing customer service they have. I ordered my daughter handguards.
When the arrived the holes needed widening however whilst doing this they ripped.
I emailed customer services who answered straight away apologised and sent out a replacement which arrived 2 days later.
Amazing customer service I will be using them for all my gymnastics purchases.

Don't bother paying for next day or expecting a response to voicemails or email
I ordered handguards on the 18th of Jan, paying for next day delivery as we needed them quickly. The order was placed after midday so I knew I would not get them the next day, but expected them on the 20th.
I called to check and left a message on the afternoon of the 20th when they had not arrived. No response.
I called again on the 21st and left another message. No response.
I emailed on the evening of the 21st.
The item did arrive on the 22nd, but as of today the 28th I've still had no response to the messages I left or the email I sent.
I feel ripped off for paying for next day delivery and let down by useless customer service

Fantastic service.
I ordered some loops, gloves and resistance bands for my daughter on Thursday and was amazed to receive them Friday morning! Super fast service from check out to delivery, and constant updates to the status of my order. The items are high quality and the branding is really attractive. I would highly recommend.
