Amazing customer service & simple to use software
I've been in the leisure industry for over 7 years, and a consistent struggle I've had across multiple operators is out-dated, clunky and difficult to use gym management software. GymFlow is the complete opposite! It is super simple to use, the reporting is really easy to generate and understand, and it's freed up a lot of my time to spend elsewhere in the business. GymFlow's customer service has also been outstanding. They have a very personal approach and have taken a great deal of time to understand our brand and our operations. I've really felt their onboarding and ongoing support to have been a collaborative approach and myself and the team feel incredibly supported by their service.
