Impossible to make a return! 3 weeks of useless customer service loop.
I bought a T-shirt and shorts, but they didn’t fit. I decided to make a return following GymBeam's official instructions and sent a request to the provided email. Since then, it’s been an absolute nightmare.
For THREE WEEKS, I have been stuck in a useless email loop with customer support. First, they delayed their replies, then they claimed they "forwarded the request to Nova Poshta to speed up the process," and later they insisted that the return shipping label (ТТН) had already been sent (nothing in Spam or Promos, obviously). The latest update from them was just two days ago, saying they "re-sent the request to create a return label."
As a result, I am still stuck with items that don't fit, no return label, and no refund. The support team just mimics activity and feeds me promises instead of actually solving a basic customer issue. Terribly frustrating experience, would not recommend buying clothes here unless you are 100% sure about the size.

We hope that the compensation voucher will help to at least somewhat smooth over this unpleasant experience and improve your perception of our brand.
