FINAL NOTICE – Last Demand for Reimbursement of Gambling Losses
To whom it may concern,
This email constitutes a FINAL NOTICE and formal notice of default.
Despite my previous correspondence, you have failed to provide any response or substantive reply to my claim regarding the recovery of gambling losses incurred on your platform. Your continued silence is unacceptable and will be interpreted as a refusal to cooperate.
As a Dutch resident, I was allowed to participate in online gambling activities on your platform at a time when you did not hold a valid licence from the Dutch Gambling Authority (Kansspelautoriteit). Providing online gambling services to Dutch players without such a licence constitutes an unlawful act under Dutch law.
As a result, the underlying agreement is void and unenforceable, and all amounts lost are subject to restitution. Your failure to respond further aggravates your legal position.
I hereby formally demand that within 14 calendar days of receipt of this email, you:
Confirm receipt of this notice;
Provide a complete and accurate overview of my account data, including all deposits, withdrawals, bonuses, and net losses;
Confirm your agreement to reimburse my net gambling losses.
Should you fail to comply with this demand within the stated deadline, I will proceed without any further notice to:
Initiate legal proceedings before the competent Dutch court;
Claim full reimbursement of my losses, statutory interest, and legal costs;
File complaints with the relevant supervisory and regulatory authorities;
Rely on your non-response as evidence of bad faith and non-cooperation.
All my rights and claims are expressly reserved. This notice is sent without prejudice.
This is your final opportunity to resolve this matter amicably.

To whom it may concern,
If posted a new review on tristpilot which they gonna publice in a few hours.
You guys left notice on Trustpilot that I could contact customer service on my first review. As you can see I did several attempts since that day. Unfortunatelly untill today no response, no agreement, and no money back.....
As you can see in the attached screenshot a total refund (claim) of 450 euro has been made.......I really don t understand why gxbet is not willing to refund my deposits.!?
Really disappointed and I definatelly mean everywhere word written in my new review on Trustpilot.
Your party is possion in the online gambling market....
