So later in the day, i contacted them by mail so I can get a refund because the Windows 11 Pro key wasn't used.
Everything was my fault but THEY did refund me still (in the same day).

Incompatible Windows key broke my system — had to reinstall everything
I purchased a Windows 11 Pro key from GVGmall, and it turned out to be incompatible with my OEM-licensed laptop. After entering the key, my system changed edition and lost activation, even though it originally came with a valid Windows 11 Home license.
This forced me to:
Reconfigure BIOS settings
Wipe all disk partitions
Reinstall Windows from scratch
Restore drivers, accounts, and work environment
It was a serious disruption to my workflow and a waste of time. Although GVGmall promised a refund, I believe selling keys that trigger edition mismatches and break OEM activation is irresponsible. These keys should not be marketed as “universal” or “compatible with any device.” Plus they only have a bot for customer support.

I initially had a package of 5 licenses and used 3, but since I took more than 6 months to use them, the other 2 expired. I paid for 2 new licenses using a bank transfer, but they haven't recognized the payment. I've already sent a message to service and haven't received a response.
