Great Product Quality, but Disappointing Customer Support Experience
Based on the rave reviews I saw across multiple platforms, I ordered a set of T-shirts for my son directly from their website. When the order was delivered, I realized that the size ran a bit smaller than expected and would not properly fit my son. I immediately placed a return request.
It has now been over two weeks since I initiated the return, yet I have received no confirmation, update, or information about when the pickup might happen.
That said, credit where it is due, the fabric quality of the shirt is genuinely nice and very soft.
However, it feels disappointing that after gaining popularity from Shark Tank, the brand’s customer support experience seems to have taken a hit. Unfortunately, this is a pattern we have seen repeated with several emerging Indian startups and brands once they gain widespread attention.
Edit: It was really appreciable to see the team provide instruction as soon as the got my mail. That said the team should be proactive in covering the scenarios linked to the e-commerce platform being used. They should be notified when the order page on their own site showed return initiated status.
