I ordered a '14K hammered gold bangle' on 18th Jan 2026. It was not 14K gold, badly finished and far too small for a normal wrist. On a child i because of the large gap would have fallen off.
I have had 4 email interactions with Allen Woody at support@guto Guto since.
They would seem to have no intention of accepting the return or refunding.
I suggest do not deal with this company.

This illegal Chinese company provides a website name Guto Jewelers but email contact is support gutovery.com. Please do not order any fake jewelry from their website because they never refund your money back. Return address is not provided on their Return Policy informations only you will be asked to email them and the guy named Allen Woody provides a fake Chinese address and the parcel get back to the customer. They do not want to receive the return parcels therefore you never get your money back. Avoid them as soon as possible!!!! Address on their website is not real!!!
