The item took over 21 days to deliver, I had the same problem last year, what do you expect if it come on a slow boat from China. I paid €89 for the Ring doorbell, after the 21 days the same item was on Amazon.de for €65. If you return an item you have to pay €25 admin charges plus the postage. Well Gutekauf never again I will stick too Amazon.

Am 10.11. bestellt, aber am 23.11. immer noch nicht da! Langsam mache ich mir sorgen, ob das ein seriöses Unternehmen ist.
Ordered on November 10, but still not delivered on November 23! I am getting worried if this is a serious company.

when you try to reach them via phone or email you will never reach anyone!
I gave my order 8 days ago and I just had a confirmation mail, there is no update in order status or there is no any other email etc.
I called them and couldn't reach because phone number whcih is in their website is not valid!
I will wait 1 more week and then talk with paypal about refund.

The company is slow, the delivery takes way longer than expected (15 days), the GLS tracking system jumps from stage 1 to delivery at the very last day. The helpdesk does not react at all. However the product when it finally arrives is as it should be.

I had to wait more than 6 weeks for my Airpods and after an half a year they got broken already. They customer service is absolutely poor. Although it is within the warranty time, I am supposed to go to an Apple Service center.

I received the product in 2 weeks . But they do say on there site delivery is long for the price. So just be aware . I did ask for update where they responded with 24h so no issue with updates over email. I would use again as had no issue.

Like many others I saw the comments of previous customers too late. I was shocked and once I finally got the phone after 3 weeks of waiting the first thing I did was checking if it was a friggin fake or not. Well it ain't. And all works properly. So from my personal experience there is nothing bad to say besides that I waited 3 weeks for the product.

When i first read the reviews after I made my order i was despaired and disappointed, but now i will definitely order again from them.
I bought Samsung Note 10 lite from them and I am Very Happy. Best price that i found on internet (around 150€ cheaper), free shipping with DHL track number, mine is the 8GB version and everywhere that I look for it in EU is 6GB version. I currently live in Germany and my delivery took exactly 12 days after i place my order. It was perfectly packed and the box was sealed.

I bought a Samsung mobile phone. The price was quite good but communication was a disaster.

The promise was to ship within 72h. As they ran out of stock we had to wait more than 4 weeks before they shipped plus another 2 weeks (with no update on the tracking number for almost 2 weeks) until the parcel finally arrived.

Response to emails was standard formula only - and still took several days.

The phone came with a power plug that doesn't fit for central Europe and an adaptor that doesn't fit as well.

After making an order I've googled the reviews and was very sad reading that it is tend to be a fake shop. In fact it is not. Maybe the reviews are posted by competitors as price at which I bought my earphones was 20% less then by them. The shipping was from China and due to COVID took longer then promised. But at the end all arrived and I am happy.

I have ordered a OnePlus 8 Pro, possibly the best mobile phone on the market, for a substantial discount (euro 780 vs 1130) for that specific model.
First - I became very worried after i have not heard anything after 2 weeks and got confusing shipping info, but then after 3 1/2 weeks I received this marvelous phone. i am very happy.

The company could improve the way they communicate a) it does take longer than most people expect (especially now) , b) this is not evident from their local web address. Hence the expectaions need to be managed better and thus leading to a better overall customer experience.

Urgently needed this AppleTV and was promised 2-4 days delivery. Tracking number provided was invalid for 2 weeks until it finally worked and package arrived 2.5 weeks too late. At this point, I already bought another AppleTV as I urgently needed it. Company charges 25EUR handling fee for return + one would need to pay shipping to Hong Kong.

Lastly, while the provided AppleTV was sealed, it had 2 serial numbers, which is not possible. Checking with Apple, this AppleTV was purchased in Australia more than 100 days ago meaning that Apple's limited warranty of a full year only had 265 days left.

Stay away from these people. I paid via Paypal and finally got my money back. No product was ever sent, questionable courier information, and after 3 e-mails radio silence!

Best carefull when you need to return any kind of goods. You will have high fees to pay. Communication with them is also difficult. Prices are without vat. Never again will I oder something from them!!!

They do not send their goods ! This is a fraud !

They sell goods without EU Label so no chance of ever getting the item. On the other hand they dont refund the money, classic scam, dont buy here!
