Guru support staff have been outstanding in their support in assisting me migrate my recently deceased partner's clients away from his account.
They have been kind, friendly, professional, endlessly patient and compassionate whilst technically "holding my hand" through the whole process for many weeks.
They respond promptly and efficiently to ticketing and emails.

We've recently migrated near to 200+ websites from Amazon AWS to Guru. Our decision to go against convention of using modern cloud hosting infrastructure came with the increased running and scaling costs experienced with services like AWS. From start to finish the GURU team have been professional and extremely helpful, not only with planning the migration task of our websites, but in helping to advise on the best underlying technology to support our current and future needs. We now have several servers with them, from provisioned dedicated solutions to virtual private servers. The migration specialist Chris was an absolute gem, from start to finish, his approach was meticilous, planning each key element, ensuring everything was done to minimise disruption on our clients. I cannot fault these team at GURU, always happy to help, competitively priced, and the support we've had since then in optimising the websites and solutions has been amazing. If you're looking to ditch lining Jeff Bezos pockets and think going back to old-school dedicated solutions is the way, contact these guys.
