Delicious and fresh , tasted good.
Deluver on time.

On our 3rd order the nimkis was horrible. The oils used was old oil and zero taste. I ask why. The potato Kachoris was broken in bits. When I asked they said just warm it up. Customer service diabolical and after 3rd order you just lost a customer.

I decided to sent 24 GulabJamuns instead of cake to my daughter at uni for her bday. It was beautifully packaged and sent intact. She loved the surprise !

One of the absolute best . We have Ben getting sweets and savoury around Diwali for a few years. We do not wish to go anywhere else ever. Always best quality and also despite being very busy times even accommodated special requests without fail . Which is rare and admirable. Thank you

Ordered 20 samosas and cutlets for a little celebration. Samosas were not edible. The potatoes were not fresh; they were slimy. They claimed to have made it all fresh

If you like Indian sweets, like I do, then I can say Gupta's have the recipe for my sweet tooth.

When the deliver came two of the plastic containers were broken and the snacks were everywhere in the box.
All the Snacks have been cooked in old oil so they smell and taste horrible. Inedible.
The Samosas,Kchori and Bhaji s were really nice

syrup had leaked and affected the entire order.
did inform gupta's but did not receive a reply.
dissapointed.
Gupta's has now been in touch and offered a refund, so, can't ask for more than that.Satisfied with this.

Not great experience

I ordered sweets and they were to be delivered next day by DPD on Friday 5/9. They never arrived on Friday (I am housebound as stated in my trustpilot review of DPD so I am in my home 24/7) I phoned DPD and was told they would be delivered Saturday 6/9 between 8am-12 and I stressed this item was food with a shelf life. On Saturday I phoned at 10am to say I hadn't received a one hour time slot email & my parcel was showing as at the local depot over an hour away from me but I was told to wait. Phoned again at 11.50am to say I'd had no delivery and no status update on my parcel, they said they would phone me back within 30 mins. 1 hr later I received an email saying it would be delivered on Monday - something I told them I didn't want as it was a food item with a shelf life. I received no phone call but did not phone them as my anxiety levels were rising. The parcel has just been delivered (Monday 12.08pm) in a very battered, torn and visibly open box which is marked fragile (I have photos and door cam footage showing the state of the box that was brought to my door) - so much so that if the actual sweets hadn't been so well boxed I would have thrown them away due to possible contamination. The boxes clearly state they should be consumed within 4 days of purchase - a luxury I do not have. I have tasted one and it tastes ok but I am certainly not going to be able to eat them within the few hours of today I have left to consume them within the stated shelf life, and the friend I had bought 2 boxes for who visited me on Saturday, was not able to take this gift home with them. My gripe with Gupta's is not the food taste or quality, it is that on their website they mention in their shipping section that 'next day delivery is not guaranteed', 'once the parcel has left us the responsibility for delivery is with DPD', 'If there are any issues regarding delivery you must contact DPD....and not Guptas', 'we cannot take any responsibility if DPD fail to deliver on time' and that they will charge the customer should DPD return the parcel to them etc etc. Lots of these quotes are in bold, and I have never before seen so many quotes distancing a company from the delivery service that THEY have chosen to use. Who decided to use DPD as courier? as whoever it is should take some responsibility for the actions of that courier instead of stating it is nothing to do with them once the parcel leaves their premises.
I have made an expensive mistake but one I won't make again.

Excellent Indian Sweets...Barfis are very tasty and their vegan items cater for the needs of many......very very tasty delicacies....recommend to all....will be certainly ordering more from Guptas....

As always delivered on time and the sweets are amazing. Only negative is that the motichoor laddoos were smashed and crumbled when arrived in the box so we couldn’t offer them to the guests.

Excellent quality of sweets. Samosas were really tasty. Very authentic and tasty. Highly recommend it. Just hope the delivery was a lot quicker

I've had several deliveries of sweet and savoury snacks from this company, and I've had a fantastic experience every time. The packaging is always good, and I've never received any damaged product. I would definitely recommend!
