A deep dive session on the human interaction factors leading to Psychological Safety.

Scrum Focus Class "Engaging the Brain" is highly recommended for every Scrum Master and Agile Coach interested in solving impediments and building their team. Mapping scrum artifacts to the SCARF model was fun and useful. It was a highly interactive course full of team exercises and certainly worth the while.

I recently completed a Professional Scrum Master (PSM) course and I'm delighted to say it was a super experience.
The facilitator, Gunther, was fantastic. His depth of knowledge on all things Scrum was immediately evident, and he was able to make the content genuinely interesting and engaging. He clearly has a passion for Scrum.
The course itself was well-structured and covered everything needed to build a solid understanding of the Scrum framework. I felt thoroughly prepared heading into the assessment, and I'm proud to say I passed on my first attempt! :)
I would wholeheartedly recommend doing a course with Gunther. Whether you're new to Scrum (like me!) or looking to formalise your existing knowledge (like others on my course!), his facilitation style makes the experience both enjoyable and highly effective.

I have attended the first module from the Scrum Pocket Class about the Scrum Values by Gunther. The time spent in the group, the session structure, the insights and the group of participants that attracts is mind shifting in a really beneficial way. I can highly recommend it to anyone that already possess understanding about Scrum and want to go beyond the theory or as a preparation step towards PSM III.

I attended the workshop "The Scrum Values (Module 1/2)," and it was incredibly insightful. Gunther facilitated it using an interesting case study and encouraged rich interactions among all the knowledgeable participants. The 3.5 hours flew by, and we gained tons of valuable insights. I can't wait for Module 2!

The training with Gunther Verheyen was absolutely fantastic! I gained an incredible amount of knowledge and a solid understanding of the fundamentals of Scrum. I had the pleasure to visit the Scrum in the Large (Module 1) with Gunther Verheyen and as his Scrum Values course this one was a real delight to participate in. I highly recommend this for everyone wanting to look behind the framework.

I knew this 'Scrum in the Large' session with Gunther Verheyen was going to be a good one when I booked it!
Starting with dependencies, Gunther peeled back the layers of the onion of scaling problems through interactive exercises. These exercises helped us develop a detailed appreciation of multi-team Scrum, laid out simply and elegantly in a way that we can use with our clients and get the focus back on the core, on what matters most; delivering value to our customers and stakeholders.

Gunther is a great trainer and this class gives you the oppurtunity to deep dive into the values and the core of Scrum.
And who should you talk to about the Scrum values if not Gunther?

Very interactive sessions over two days, informative, eye opening and Gunther was generous with his abundance of experience.
Scenarios based approach made the training even more thought engaging - money well spent.

This is one of the rare instances where I feel, a five star review does not make justice to the experience provided by the great Gunther Verheyen. If you are looking for a knowledgeable and experienced figure in the Scrum and Product Ownership community who customizes the PO-A class according to his own insights and experiences, you should definitely go to Gunther. The classes are interactive and provide enough room for burning questions you might bring. One caveat of the PO-A class that is more a systemic caveat: It has a lot of materials but two days are not sufficient to cover all effectively. Thus, it is good to have such an experience trainer that can taylor and order the learn items according to the needs of the group. I sincerely recommend this class, and I would even take it twice - as it was such a great and refreshing experience.
