The simplicity of browsing and finding my item, along with the ease of purchase while staying within all legal guidelines was great. It arrat my dealer on time and in perfect condition. I was notified as soon as it arrived and picked it up. I will be making all firearm purchases going forward with Guns.com.

On 2 occasions I have either ordered a gun or placed a bid, when all of a sudden it's out of stock. I purchased a gun the sale went through, had confirmation email of the sale, then a day or 2 later the gun was out of stock then a day after that the gun was back in stock with a higher price.
then I placed a bid on a used gun, got email stating bid was under review would have answer in 24hrs. no answer and the gun was all of a sudden out of stock.

For me their customer service is very good. If I have a question, they get back to me with an answer with in three business days. Which is standard for most companies.
I have bought numerous times from guns.com with no issues. ( both new and used) yes the used weapons do come from other gun locations. I’ve only had one issue. But that issue was resolved in a very reasonable time frame. Their shipping is very fast to your local ffl. I have had a very good experience with them and will continue to buy from there.

The experience was very good. I believe Guns.com provided a fair price and value, made the transaction smooth and has a great system to finish the move.

Everything was great Shipped to my FFL went extremely well.

Was very quick and simple, gun was delivered with no damage, quite pleased 😀

I was looking in particular for a Delton sierra and was able to find an awesome deal with guns.com, they where awesome and would order with them again!!!

I sold a shotgun to this company and did not like their bid, which was significantly below the gun's value. I do not want to just sell it to a stranger without proper firearms background checks, so I decided to sell it to them in a new sale. They low-balled me further, even further than the original bid. I decided to sell it at my wife's request and sent it to them via their process. After 10 days, I received an email stating they were reviewing my gun's condition and should hear back in a few days. It's now Wednesday, and still no funds have been deposited. Very slow to process. Overall, just not a good experience.

1)Missed a purchase despite several offers WITH NO REPLY and lost purchase due to no response.
2) never received email with $20 off first time buyer so went ahead to purchase item and looked for $20 off coupon which never arrived, called guns.com and was told too bad!!
3) Will never purchase here again, poor communicator and rude. Customer service does not exist!!

Great experience compared to other similar websites. Updates and notifications were spot on for a timely and enjoyable transaction.

Guns.com will not exchange accessory item. Please read their policy before making purchases. I tried to exchange 3 magazines and was told try contacting the manufacturer, maybe they will help you.

I hadn't never ordered anything from y'all before. When I called to talk to someone about my order because I thought I had done something wrong. Customer service was great and assured me that I had done everything right . The order takes a little time because of what I ordered.

Shipping was fast and my merchandise wasn't broken unlike other vendors I've dealt with guns.com is an excellent company and I will be purchasing more from them in the future.

Transaction went well, tracking item could be better though.
