Gund Failure to Provide Reasoning

Failed to provide confirmation of order. Failed to ship order and provide a tracking number. Purchase made on March 10, 2025. Credit card charge posted to credit card account on March 15, 2025. Third party customer service company provided no help and constantly lied to me when we spoke on March 17-19, 2025. According to the customer service representative senior management was to make contact but never did. Gund a Canadian company has a stellar reputation but this time they fell flat on their faces.
