I want to be fair and balanced in this review because not everything about this business is negative.
The digital tutorial and design bundle are genuinely well put together, professionally presented, and worth the $35 price point. If you are buying the digital products only, you will likely be satisfied.
However, if you are purchasing the Complete Wide Brim Hat Laser Burning Start Up Kit for $200, be aware of the following:
The physical jig advertised on the website is shown as a fully 3D printed product — solid, thick, and constructed entirely from printed filament including the base and legs. What I received was a thin plastic sheet on a cheap plywood base with wooden block legs that did not sit flat on a surface. When I raised this concern I was told the product was "the exact same thing" as advertised. It is not.
When I requested a fair refund the owner agreed in writing to process one, then reversed that position and refused to confirm a refund amount before I returned the item. During the dispute I was called "crazy" in a written email.
I have filed complaints with Shopify, the BBB, and Venmo and am prepared to pursue small claims court if necessary.
Buy the digital tutorial — it is good. But buyer beware on the physical kit.
