Do NOT deal with this sham company. I bought a watch from them (and after waiting 2 weeks for delivery)the watch was dfefective right out of the box. I made sure to follow the directions explicitly and the day of the week function would never show up. Even after contacting them directly THREE times they kept giving me the runaround, wouldn't tell me how to return it and wouldn't issue me a refund. Sham rip off company!

The customer service was attentive with quick email responses to my questions!! Shipping was fast, and being able to track international shipping also gave me peace of mind.

They were so helpful when I wanted a piece that was LED color changing lightup and when i wanted to customize the item. I was worried it may not come in time but, it came early. Such good quality item that my husband loves. Highly recommend

The women's pajamas turned out to be too short! Although I had already ordered a different model in my size, and everything was fine, I am very disappointed, because the size was indicated correctly.

It was great except didnt get any tracking until asked but the product was good quality

The couples watch set I ordered was exactly as described and very lovely in person aswell. Good quality product. Also want to give a shout out to the excellent customer service team. My order got lost in transit and the team was very prompt and helpful in replying to my queries and making sure a replacement was sent to fulfil my order. Would recommend!

I ordered pajamas from Gullei because they claimed they were organic cotton, but they turned out to be polyester. Totally misleading and very disappointing. I also got a set of couple bracelets, and the quality is terrible.

The ring is very nice and it is very pretty but the quality is not very good and it’s alr messing up and probably will have to change it.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! I did not receive my product. They use a scam delivery company.

The point of coordinates was so far over to the right it was almost off the map.
It just did not depict what I saw advertised. Also, the writing of the names was very crooked. I was quite disappointed in the finished product.

It is very nice but need to be able to engrave more on them

ordered matching couples rings and had my mans engraved inside and they are beautiful! i seriously cant say enough good things about them! my man loves his and wears it daily as do I.. going to be ordering from Gullei again without a doubt!!! thank you for such a beautiful set of rings

For the matching pajama sets that I ordered with expedited shipping as a valentines day gift, the order arrived over 2 weeks late.

Then per the sizing chart I ordered the largest size for myself and second largest for my partner. The size I ordered for myself/3XL sort of fit my girlfriend but the largest was way too short on me. The size I ordered for my girlfriend was also much too short for her.

In order to return the items, I had to email support who emailed back with a return shipping address in China. The cheapest shipping option was ~$85, which was more than the value of the order in the first place. It appears the returns policy is to make it too expensive for customers to return ship anything from the US so they end up just eating the cost.

Item arrived on time, but it was damaged. I contacted within 3 days (arrived on a weekend) and they said you have to report an issue in 24 hours to receive a refund. It was also a $40 clock that was flimsy plastic and insanely low quality. I was never able to get my money back and donated the clock.

The product isn’t like what it shows. Pants only have one pocket. Return policy is also suspicious as they tell you to just send it to a place that doesn’t look real and pretty much saying it isn’t guaranteed if package doesn’t get there. Overall super bad customer service plus bad product. Never again from this site.

I bought a 7.5 Sterling Silver promise ring and told it would be about 5-5.5 grams by the seller. I measured it on my jeweler's scale and it is only 2 grams exactly.

I am very disappointed and unhappy with this company. I'm Canadian and I was clearly ripped off. I hope they contact me and give me at least a partial refund. This is less than half the weight in sterling silver that they said. Buyer beware.
