Rather than addressing the specific concerns raised in my review (mismatch between their current products and their Trustpilot review history, unclear return policy), the response focuses on discrediting the reviewer by pointing out the absence of a purchase. This pattern of response is remarkably consistent across several unrelated websites I analyzed at my family's request. Readers may draw their own conclusions.
Again, here is what I found about Guivage:
The positive reviews are for different products. Guivage's Trustpilot profile description is still in Dutch and describes anti-sweat undershirts ("ondershirts met okselpads"). The site now sells dress shirts. The 97% positive score was accumulated over years for products that are no longer sold here.
The terms of service raise concerns. They state that replacement products may be sent if the ordered item is unavailable, and that the right of withdrawal is excluded for such replacements, which contradicts EU consumer protection law. In their response below, Guivage claims this is not their practice. If so, their published terms should be updated to reflect this.
No return address is published and we ignore who pays for the transportation fees. Guivage states that return instructions are provided via their support team. However, this information does not appear anywhere in the published terms of service, which is where consumers look before purchasing.
The domain expires on April 28, 2026 with no renewal, after being registered in 2021 and updated in April 2025, consistent with a recent change in the site's business model.

I love Guivage its so much better than regular shirts. You can wear it both with and without a suit. I sometimes wear it to dinner or meetings, and I always get compliments on how I look

The shirt is really comfortable in wearing and the quality remains good after washing.

The shirt fits with almost every outfit.
I don’t sweat in it because of the arm pit pads.
Hopefully I can buy more colors soon.
