I’m grateful to have both kids at Guidepost Montessori. It’s amazing to see their daily progress in learning, exploration, and growth.

We absolutely love Guidepost Montessori at Spruce Tree Way in Raleigh! My baby has been there since she was 10 months old, and the experience has been wonderful. The staff are incredibly responsible and caring, and the Montessori approach truly supports children’s independence and development. What we value most is the open and constant communication. It’s a very safe place with truly extraordinary people. As a teacher myself, I deeply appreciate their professionalism, support, and kindness. Highly recommend!

This Montessori daycare has exceeded all of our expectations. The staff genuinely cares about the children and supports them at their own pace. The Montessori materials and daily routines help children build independence, concentration, and a love for learning. We have seen incredible progress in our child’s confidence, language, and social skills. It truly feels like a second home.

We love Guidepost in Downtown Naperville! Our son has been here since he was in the toddler program and is now in his second year of the children's house program. Ms. Cindy and Ms. Jackie gave him so much support and nurturing as a toddler which really helped him gain the self-help skills he needed like potty training, changing his shoes, getting dressed on his own, and emotional regulation. Ms. Trinity and Ms. Mitali have taught him so much in the children's house. He is spelling his friends' names with magnet letters and doing addition and subtraction independently. The school is diverse among its staff and families, and our son has made so many great friendships along the way.

After touring many schools in the local area, Montessori at Deerfield was the first to check all the boxes. It is genuinely a special place. I am so grateful knowing that when I leave my child at school she is in a safe, loving, and supportive environment. The teachers and administrators pour into what they do. My daughter loves her guides and is excited to go to school everyday. She has excelled socially and academically since attending. Choosing the right school can be such a daunting task but I truly could not be more pleased with our experience here. Thank you Montessori at Deerfield!

We’ve had a wonderful experience at Guidepost Montessori. The teachers and staff are incredibly attentive, friendly, and truly caring. Benn is happy to come to school every day and just as happy (if not happier) when we pick him up, which says everything.
Communication is always open and thoughtful, which gives us so much peace of mind. There are plenty of engaging activities that keep him interested while making learning fun and meaningful. We are genuinely grateful to have found Guidepost Montessori and highly recommend it to any family looking for a nurturing, enriching environment for their child.

We are pleased to have our child enrolled in this school. We are seeing our child grow and develop here. He likes his teachers and likes to come to school every day. The activity they do in this school during the month make them more involved in the school and help them to learn and play at the same time.

We are truly grateful to be part of such a wonderful Montessori community. The school’s unique teaching approach makes learning engaging, hands-on, and meaningful for children. We’ve seen remarkable growth in our child’s confidence and independence — from making choices on their own to taking responsibility for daily tasks. The learning environment is thoughtfully designed to encourage curiosity and self-discovery, while the teachers provide gentle guidance and personalized attention. Above all, the genuine care, patience, and dedication shown by the staff make this school feel like a second home. Thank you for nurturing not just academic skills, but also kindness, independence, and a love for learning.

After touring other daycares and even attending another for a short period, Guidepost is hands-down the best environment for our children. The teachers are caring and calm. We drive over an hour round-trip twice a day to send our kids here, because they truly are the gold standard of childcare. When you walk into the building, you get an immediate sense of calm. Kids are respected and valued by everyone on staff. We also love the Spanish immersion rooms - having our 15-month-old come home using Spanish words is just amazing. I cannot recommend Guidepost Deerfield highly enough.

Our experience with Guidepost Montessori at Hollywood Beach has been wonderful. Our son started in the Nido program and transitioned into Toddler House, and it has been amazing to watch him thrive in such a warm and supportive environment.
Ms. Camila, Ms. Adriana, and Ms. Linda have been incredible with him, so patient, kind, and genuinely caring. I never worried while he was there because I always knew he was safe, loved, and in great hands.
The administrative team is organized, communicative, and truly dedicated to creating a smooth and welcoming experience for families. We are so grateful to be part of this community and highly recommend Guidepost Montessori.

We love Guidepost at Reston. Our family started in the Nido room and my daughter transitioned to the toddler classroom. Both programs are amazing. The lead guides were patient, kind and knowledgeable. They helped us through a few transitions and made it feel seamless. The administration team is very welcoming and helpful. They assisted us every step of the way. We would definitely recommend the school to families who are looking for an authentic Montessori experience.

Over 3 years, we have had 2 kids in Guidepost Montessori Downtown Naperville, from Nido to Toddler to Children's House - we have absolutely loved the experience and so have our children.
The guides have been warm and genuinely care about our kids as individuals, and the activities they can choose for the day are interesting and challenge them. The guides also share pics and progress updates. After some post-covid uncertainty, school leadership now feels more stable and communicates transparently.
Children's House prepared my older child for K not only academically but also socially. I highly recommend the Naperville location.

Update as of 3.3.2026 – This issue is still not resolved. Despite repeated assurances and follow-ups, we have yet to receive our deposit refund. The continued delay is deeply frustrating.
EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING experience with this school’s administration and finance process. Our family was part of the school community for four years, and we never expected things to end this way. After graduating in July 2025, our deposit refund—clearly confirmed in writing—has been delayed for months with no resolution. A deposit that was supposed to be applied toward the last month of tuition (as stated in their agreement) later became a refund issue and was promised within 4–6 weeks. It has now been outstanding for several months, dating back to July 2025.
We have followed up repeatedly, only to receive vague explanations such as system migrations, staffing issues, and management transitions. Several times we were told the refund had already been issued or approved, yet nothing ever arrived. Each follow-up led to another apology, but no real progress.
What makes this especially frustrating is the lack of accountability. Responsibility kept shifting between teams, and eventually we were told that certain staff were no longer involved, leaving us with no clear point of contact and no answers.
This should have been a simple, routine process, but instead it has turned into a long, stressful, and bitter experience. Based on how this was handled, we cannot recommend this school to existing or new parents until they demonstrate basic financial responsibility, accountability, and follow-through with families.

We made the difficult decision to withdraw our daughter from Guidepost Montessori Flower Mound in August 2025 due to serious administrative issues and ongoing problems with classroom management, including situations involving teacher behavior that we felt crossed appropriate boundaries and resulted in our child being treated poorly. As parents, we did not feel the concerns were handled with the seriousness or urgency they deserved.
Following our withdrawal, Guidepost Montessori confirmed in writing that we were owed a refund totaling $2,156, including deposits and an overpayment. We were told a refund check had been requested.
Unfortunately, nearly four months passed without receiving any refund, despite repeated follow-ups. We contacted school administration, regional management, and were later informed that refunds were being handled by a new entity after a change in ownership. Even after being redirected and providing all documentation again, we received no payment and no response for an extended period of time.
The lack of accountability, communication, and professionalism—especially after concerns related to our child’s well-being—has been extremely disappointing and stressful for our family. A school that promotes trust, care, and Montessori values should demonstrate the same responsibility in how it treats families, both emotionally and financially.
I strongly encourage prospective families to ask very detailed questions about administration stability, classroom oversight, and refund policies before enrolling.

Both of my daughters attend Guidepost Montessori Verona — my oldest has been there for three years, and my youngest joined this past March — and we couldn’t be happier with our experience. The teachers are incredibly warm, patient, and genuinely invested in each child’s growth.
What stands out most is how the Montessori approach is truly lived out here. My girls have become so independent, curious, and confident. The classrooms are beautifully prepared, calm, and full of engaging learning materials. The communication from staff is also excellent — we always know what’s happening in the classroom and how our children are progressing.
The sense of community is wonderful too. You can tell that the team really loves what they do and that they care deeply about each child’s individual journey.
I can’t recommend Guidepost Montessori Verona highly enough — it’s given our girls such a strong, joyful foundation for learning and life!

Our family has had such a positive experience with Guidepost Montessori at Verona that I felt compelled to share. Our oldest daughter has been attending their camps for almost three years, and the growth we’ve seen in her is remarkable. She has gained so many important life skills—especially in conflict resolution, empathy toward others, and overall confidence. Her lead guide, Mr. Barry, is absolutely wonderful. He is caring, patient, and truly invested in every child’s well-being and development. We are so grateful for the impact he’s had on our daughter.
Our youngest daughter joined in March, and she has been thriving as well. Her guides are incredibly nurturing and attentive. We’ve been especially impressed with the bilingual environment—she is already learning to speak and understand Spanish, and it’s amazing to see how naturally she’s picking it up at such a young age.
Both of our girls love going to school every day, and as parents, that means everything. Guidepost Montessori at Verona has exceeded our expectations in every way. Highly recommend!

I have three boys, two of which have attended.
Simply put, the education is superior in kind. Guides, not teachers. Knowledge and skills, not memorization. Individualization, not standardization.
I know it's not about comparisons, but my boys are now regularly two years ahead of their non-Montessori peers in math, science and English. I'd say the same for critical thinking, creativity and independence.

Our son attends Guidepost Montessori Hollywood Beach, and we could not love it more. He started in Nido, and is now thriving in Toddler. The staff and guides, particularly Ms. Camila, Ms. Adriana and Ms. Linda, have supported and challenged my son in incredible ways. Admin team Ms. Diana and Ms. Ana make sure everything run smoothly and safely. They help us as parents, too! It’s an investment - but absolutely worth every penny to have peace of mind that your child is well loved and encouraged by talented educators!

While there are many quality and caring teachers at Guidepost Montessori-Lawrenceville and while my child received a wonderful education, the school's administrative staff and the corporate hierarchy are incompetent if not outright crooked.
My child's last day of school was in late August of this year (2025). I have still not received the remainder of the deposit. Part of the tuition deposit had been applied to the tuition for my child's last month of school. $335 was left over, which is supposed to be refunded according to their policies.
I was initially told by the Assistant Head of School that I could expect the remainder of the deposit some time in September.
Having not received the deposit by that time, I followed up via email on September 26, 2025, which went unanswered, and then again on October 6, 2025. On the latter date, the Assistant Head of School advised that “as of 10/1 the check in the amount of $335 has been cleared to mail.”
When I did not receive the check by early November, I stopped by the school on November 7, 2025, and spoke with the Head of School. She claimed that two individuals in accounting had told her that deposit refund checks for families who had left the school in August would be received by November 17, 2025.
As of early December 2025, the refund remains outstanding. Nonetheless, my balance in the SmartCare app has shown as $0 since August. Interesting accounting, that.
I have sent a formal demand letter to the so-called leadership group for the school, cc'ing the head of school. So far, I have not received a response.
My final dealings with the school have been deeply unpleasant. The Assistant Head of School and Head of School keep changing their story about the refund, perhaps willfully engaging in deception, while the anonymous higher ups ignore my requests for further information. These people are rude and unprofessional. I can only assume that the lack of response indicates that they have no intention of providing the deposit refund.
Despite the wonderful teachers at this school, I cannot recommend it due to the financial incompetence and sketchiness of the organization's administration.
12/23/25 UPDATE:
I finally received the tuition deposit refund check in the mail. I don't know if the demand letter threatening a small claims court complaint prompted the refund or if they finally had enough cash in the bank to send the check out.
I never received any communication from the school in response to my demand letter. However, I did reach out to a Guidepost Global Education employee who looked into the matter and advised that the check was already in the mail. Hint: if you can find someone's name, all Guidepost emails seem to follow the same pattern.

The staff are very friendly, caring and competent. Our daughter is happy when we pick her up which is a great sign! The curriculum and additional afternoon classes keep her engaged. Would highly recommend.
